First steak n shake I've been in since the plandemic and I've gotta say it's the last one I will go in. The customer has to do... everything except cook the food!!!!! What happened to full service????????? Based on the food I just ate maybe you should letthe customers make their own. So sad Read more
Horrible service took an hour to get 2 patty melt meals nothing special. Best thing about it was the shake.
I have lived by this steaknshake for almost 5 years and I rarely get good service ever the food is poor quality. The staff never... knows anything about anything. Honestly this location is not worth any stars let alone customers. Read more
Workers always standing around Messed up my order twice before I had to get out of the car & walk into the store. There were two... other customers in complaint! Overall, I waited an hour to eat a greasy overpriced burger. It was (on the house)at that point.As it should be. The manager executed quickly and professionally. Hire new staff however. Read more
They don't have servers no more and they have done something to the chilli, and the hamburgers are not getting cooked right (... smashed right) but at least you can go inside and eat now. Read more
Ordered our food at the kiosk and while waiting for our meal, we noticed dirty counters and food on the floor under tables, not... one customer in the store. We watched the drive-thru guy sitting on his cell phone. The guy in front of us waited 10 minutes toget a milkshake. The foods was good, but if the employees don't take pride in their work place, I can't support this. Good luck. Read more
I hadn't been to steak n shake for sometime now but something has changed drastically. Not sure if the products, recipes, etc... have changed or what but the food was gross and expensive. This sucks because I use to LOVE me a good ole steak burger. Nohuman interaction. Wasn't clean in there neither. Bathroom was nasty. Read more
