Got a shake with an online order , picked it up , went to the parking lot, realized it was the wrong flavor Handed shake back... to employee said it was the wrong kind, employee started arguing needed proof with my receipt that I ordered the shake. Myreceipt was out in the car on my phone but I said I just handed you a shake so I clearly ordered one. She demanded to see one.Called back to speak to get corporate number cause someone had implied I was stealing, It was her on the phone. When Iquestioned why she was clearly just accusing me of stealing in front of my kids and everyone , she said she didn?t . When Iexplained why her reasoning could only be to imply I was trying to get something I didn?t buy she hung up. All the otheremployees were super nice and working very hard but after years of getting shakes from here to celebrate small achievements formy kids I won?t be going back. Read more

Hadn't been into a new look steaknshake so was pre covid last time I was in. Was a little different without the server's but I... think food quality might have gone up or it was just good since I hadn't had it in 3 years. Anyway wasn't busy m, was in and outquick. Read more

Went a bit down hill after covid. The dine in restaurant experience is no more. Now it's order at a kiosk and pick up your food... and get your own drink and they still ask for a tip when you check out. On top of the major price increases. Read more

Usually I have a pretty good experience and I can understand that pay isn't great there + understaffed, but I was a little upset... by my recent experience tonight. I pulled up at the drive thru and the first thing the guy said to me was "How can I mess upyour order?". I asked him "What?" because I was making sure if that's what he actually said, and he sure enough repeated it. Ithen told him to give me a moment and he sarcastically said "Oh, take your time!". I just drove off after that. I'm thinkingit's probably been a long night, but I wasn't the one who made his night awful, so I think it's just unfair to take it out onothers. I also worked in food service and know it can be hard sometimes, but you gotta learn that not everyone is out to getyou. Read more

We went here because 135 steak and shake wouldn't even take our order. At 135 they came over the speaker started with all their... problems. Only 2 staff, interior is closed, we are working on internet orders, but we can take your order it will take a whilebecause we have to do internet orders first! So if you want to order you can there only 2 of us! So we didn't say anything anddrive off. Went over to this one we were greeted over the speaker and ordered, received food properly made and were happycustomers thanks! Read more

Horrible service this time. 06/04/2022. Horrible service. That was a picture of the lady just being on her cell phone not caring... about anything else as he and her were laughing the whole time. He said they have no eggs now or any chicken and was rude whenwe ask for extra pickles and onions. They were horrible employee. That I haven't said on her before and normally give 5 star.This shouldn't even get a 1. She moved away from the window when I snapped the picture and when we finally got the order hewouldn't show his face. They sure didn't mind laughing and being rude. They missed out on a great tip too. Name on ticket waslarry. Larry was rude and can't find her name and she was rude. Horrible horrible service I have never seen or had in my wholelife. 11:57am and food finally after 12:10 pm. Poor customer service. I have ever seen AND I'm always saying tip them they workhard. This location is the best in the area. It is truly amazing how much effort the staff put into their work. The management team... here cares for their employees and it really shows and they care for their customer satisfaction. I had a slight problem with myorder (nothing bad I was just missing a side of fries) and I came back around and one of the employees completely made it rightand upgraded my size to a large. It made my night! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick bite on the cheap! Read more

Stop 11 and US 31 is the only location I will visit. Food is always hot. Customer service is great! You can't tell from my... picture but my chili was loaded with meat instead of beans. Read more
