Their sign says one price and the cash register rings up another price. I always have to correct them. Its 4.49 for a 6"... meatball sub but the cash register rings it up at 4.99. Ripping off 50 cents from anyone not paying attention. They don't seemto care about fixing it either. Well i decided to go back a month later to give them another chance. The cash register stillrings up the sub 50 cents more than what the menu says it cost. They still have no plans to fix it. I'm sure it's illegal topost a price on the menu and charge you a higher price at the register. Will never go back there now. Read more

3:20pm 7/7 stopped in for a quick lunch, both workers sitting on their phones not moving or being productive. Ordered buffalo... wrap kid has earbuds in didn?t put any buffalo on it. Come to get my money back kitchen worker comes from back phone in handplaying with her long hair. Read more
It may be a cliché, but if I could give it zero stars, I would without hesitation. The first time we came in here, the girl... started loading lettuce onto my sandwich without me asking. I politely told her I didn?t ask for lettuce, and asked her toremove it. She started barely scraping it off, so I asked her to just remake it. She got upset, and just walked away from thesandwich altogether. Someone else came over and instead of remaking it, started to retoast the sandwich. I explained that?s notwhat I wanted, and they finally remade it. Today, I gave it another shot. I ordered on the app, showed up just a few minutesearly when no one was in line and they had started my order. The girl then put green peppers on my sandwich, to which I simplysaid, ?Oh, no, I don?t want green peppers?. I politely asked her to remove them, to which she looked at me like I was stupid.She barely removed any of them, then the manager told me I needed to ?be nice?. I don?t know if ?being nice? means not speakingup when the food I paid for is being made incorrectly, but I?m not doing that. I?m sure the store will survive without mybusiness, but I?d advise you to go literally anywhere else around here for food. GetGo will even give you better service. Read more

Extremely rude service. Had sandwich?s made with no care and they were shoved in my face. The workers rolled their eyes at me... and ignored what I was saying. Had an incredible attitude from the moment I walked in. I?m a manager at a fast casual place andthe way I was treated was so uncalled for. If you work at a fast food place it should be common sense that you will have to makefood for people, so don?t complain every time you have to do what you are being paid for. Her and another coworker were alsotalking about me in Spanish, little do they know I lived in Spain for 2 years and I could understand most of what they weresaying. I went to the main site to try to report this but couldn?t find anywhere to contact the owners. I brought my kids over on... Saturday for a quick lunch. We walked in and the only employee working was sitting with family/friends visiting and eating herown lunch (totally fine - it wasn?t busy). She got up to come take care of us and did not go anywhere to wash her hands. She diduse the plastic gloves but I think it should be mentioned and it should be expected to wash your hands along with using thegloves. Read more
