Very well made, my husband and me were very satisfied.
Completely disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Someone from corporate needs to visit thus... store immediately. It is clear that it is under new management. When I pulled up there were several men outside that lookeddirty like they could be possibly homeless. I was greeted by a nice young man obviously new didn't know what went on the subs. We finally get to the check out thete 3 more tables of men that like they were homeless or haven't bathed in a few days. Theyoung man did not know how to ring up the sub as a meal do he went to get the other worker that was with him. When the otherworker came in to help he clearly was on drugs. He almost feel walking he kept shaking his head and trying to focus his eyes. He then couldnt comprehend so he told me they don't do combos anymore. I pointed to the sign he starts laughing and said notsince Terry owns this subway.As we were at the counter another person comes out of the bathroom looks like she was washing up orchanging clothes. Out of two employees making the sub one was maskless. We are still in a pandemic if I'm not mistaken? I normally wouldn't care... if this was anywhere else, but this is a food service employee out of all people. Read more

My son was working there and the owner did not pay him mind you he's 17. He issued my son a check the next day after a huge... ordeal and of course my son quit do to the big issue with not receiving his paycheck. This past Friday my son was due to receivehis final paycheck but of course the owner as before ignored my 17 year old son and myself. I've called from different numbersand he hung up in my face. He even sent a nonprofessional text telling me to stop calling him! My son doesn't work for free andthis owner is terrible. I'm currently attempting to make a complaint with corporate so if anyone knows a better number than theone listed online I'd appreciate it. I hate that people like him make all of us look bad. Very poor service from employees #205.Orderd 6inch she didn't cut the bread properly. If I'm paying for 6inch don't try to give... me 4 or 5inch. She got very hostile and rude. My family and I will never go there again. Management please train your employees. Read more
The employee was nice to me but VERY RUDE to another customer who wished to use the restroom before ordering. While I understand... that restrooms are for customers, don't be an ass about it. Read more
