Made online orders, got there and they were shut because they were overwhelmed with orders. They couldn't find parts of my... order. I showed them my online order in person. All they could say was "subway will refund you" "go to another subway" Then wehad the person write it on paper with his name, the order number, date and store and all he wrote was "this customer did notreceive their order" nothing else. Then we demanded he write his name and the order number and he went back in and magicallyfound the order. When we left, the guy slammed the door on us after handing the order over. I never leave negative reviews but I ordered in the app and was there 15 minutes before my pickup time and I already paid and... they refused to give me my order because they said they closed early. There were multiple people there and they told me theydidn?t have to fix the app times or refund me and wouldn?t give me their names or the number of their manager to get a refundand were extremely rude about it. I never want to be negative towards young people. Subway was my first job actually except forbeing a nanny, so you know normally I have nothing but love for workers. They could have thought about it and came up with asolution and there were several other people knocking on their locked door who ordered as well. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. 2 workers neither changing gloves after touching the cash register, one had to be told... by a customer to change his gloves, the other I witnessed handle cookies with no gloves and bag them for a order. The food areawas a mess, I watched 3 people that came in after me be served before my food (2 six inch subs) were done. The employee makingmy food rang me up before finishing my food then when I asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting, at that point 3people after me had been served and I?d been in the store at least 20 minutes, he said ?there are only two of us here, have agood day ma?am? the other employee asked me for a receipt so he could refund me, I was never provided a receipt until after Iwas given a cash refund for a card transaction. I sat in this "line" for over 30 mins it took them 15 mins before they finaly asked to make my food they had like 2 online... orders they was workin on but it was 2 sandwiches and then once they finished the first half of mine and warmed it up they letit go back to cold by waitin 10 or 15 more mins before continuing. Been here a few times, during the day they're great and friendly, during the evening they aren't a great crowd to deal with.... They act like you're an annoyance to be there. Hours on Google says 9pm and corporate side says 9pm but have shown up at 815multiple times with the door locked Read more

This use to be the only subway I would go to. The last 2 times I've been has been a bad experience, people walking around with... no hair coverings wild hair hanging out the back of ponytails, theyve given me the wrong sandwich, hard bread falling apart inmy mouth, and some of the veggies not tasting as fresh as they should. The first time it happened I let it go, the second time,I've tried calling at different time of the day/evening, and I never got an answer, took the survey, as well as sent a contactus form in and no response. So, moving forward, I won't be going back to this Subway. They don't seem to care, and that mattersto me a great deal. Read more

I'm so disappointed by today's Subway experience. I've been coming to this particular one for years and I have never had a bad... experience. One employee just grabs your sandwich out of the oven and stands there, no greeting, does not ask "what would youlike on your sandwich" and just throws the toppings on your the sandwich with no effort to spread it out or make an attempt tograb more to even the sandwich out. I was just confused, because that was the first time I've been to any Subway and the personmaking the sandwich had no sandwich making skills. I need to speak to the owner, because if the manager was present they have tobe aware of this. Read more
