We've gotten sandwiches here for years and they're consistent across the board: sandwiches are made correctly, the ingredients... are fresh, the place is clean, they aren't particularly friendly, and they don't participate in Subway promotions. I have had several problems with this particular Subway. Have placed orders online for pick and was given a time that my order... would be ready. When I get there they haven?t even started my order. Just recently I placed an online order, was given a pickuptime and when I got there they were closed. The website said they were open until 9:00 and it was 7:50. I am done with thisplace. Read more
Don?t go here im 14 and today the man that works at the cashier scammed me he saw me a kid with my fathers credit card and saw... me order the lady that took my order told my order to the man I heard it the lady said the right order to him but he tried tocharge me for more things than I got and my dad called him and the man lied about it so do not send ur child to go inside herewithout a adult because the Indian man will try to take advantage for money. I ordered 2 sandwiches from the lady who was the most unfriendly sandwich maker, she barely added meat when I said something... about how much meat the person after me was getting my comment was totally ignored. I don?t ask for a lot but just be fair. Iwon?t go back I will drive to a further location than this which is near my house. Read more
Literally every single time I come in here the employees are looking stupid. Is common courtesy taught? Aren?t you suppose to... say hello when a customer is walking into your facility??? Or how may I help you? My sandwich was cool but y?all need to improveon the customer service tremendously. Read more
Customer behind me asked if hands were washed bc he was sitting in the lobby prior to us both walking in and came around to the... service line QUICKLY. He barely answered, another worker answered (which could've been due to a language barrier, understandably) but it was in general "we always wash our hands" sandwich was prepared with little to nothing on it and smasheddown while wrapping it and during the 2 minute bag open attempt. Kids enjoyed picking out there sandwich toppings for lunch. The food was adequate.
