Worse service ever..I'm a doordasher and and just wanted to buy cookies..needed to use restroom first...reached the restrooms... and immediately got yelled at in front of everyone "hey she cant use our bathroom. 8 people in store..never said why. Very rudewill not be coming to this store. Very embarrassing and rude...She should be demoted to cleaning out grease traps or windowsinstead of servicing customers. Came to get food and she shut the door in my face claiming she was closing for 20 minutes to just stand behind the register... doing nothing. Highly dissatisfied especially when there was more than one employee present. Do better! Read more
They have been getting skimpy.. and have been running out of simple items like lettuce! I order 45$ in food i gor 2 salad... protein Bowls both 1/2 empty the second we pulled them out order a foot long of extra meat also 1/2 EMPTY this is not the firstskimping. Gave me 2 handfuls of lettuce in a bowl and a bunch of meat and vegetables on top. Nothing comparably close to a protein bowl... salad. The Subway restaurant on 56th and Keystone makes better sandwiches and is more pleasant. Read more

Unfortunately no one was wearing their masks correctly (tucked under their chins) and breathing on my food. When I politely... asked them to wear their masks, I got some serious attitude from the employees. Shift manager didn't look concerned or care atall. There was a customer ahead of who wasn't wearing mask and no one asked him to do so. We had to leave and come back afterthe customer left. Unfortunately other stores were closed. These folks make service at other Subway stores that I've visited appear third rate. Fast, friendly.
