I ordered a Bella Mozza, an amazing sandwich when made correctly. I ordered it as is removing onions only. The store decided to... remove the capicola and mozzarella cheese from my sandwich. I didn't ask them to they just did it. I ordered it from the app asis and they chose to remove it. When I called to complain I was told we don't add cheese because sometimes ppl don't like cheeseand ask why you put cheese on it. Yeah okay but the sandwich comes with cheese. I didnt ask you to remove it so why would you?And they wanted me to drive all the way back 20 mins to get another sandwich when I was at work and grabbed it on my lunchbreak. Yeah that's a no. I will never order from here again. What is the point in ordering a sandwich AS IS with the one item(onions) that I asked to be removed only to pay $11.99 for a sandwich that they decided wld not include two of the mainingredients because some ppl don't like it. This subway is always very good and usually doesn't disappoint. Toppings are always looking good and I have never seen any of... the usual candidates, like lettuce or banana peppers, browning in pan. the co workers were very nice and helpful but the im guessing the boss came in and was super unprofessional. She was wearing a... cultural outfit and she was over talking the coworkers while they were trying to help us customers and she was the absoluteworst. This subway is terrific. They used to be in the little strip of shops, but were successful enough to get a stand alone store.... The service is great. They listen to what you want and do it correctly and are friendly. They are nice to children to andinteract with them instead of ignoring them. One of the owners asked my daughter (3 1/2) what she was going to drink and thentold her the choices and showed her where they were so she could pick. Their toys for the kids meals are better now too. Thislocation is well maintained inside and out. The food trays are nice and tidy. Great experience here over many visits. DO NOT GO IN!! I, unfortunately, did today 11/28/2022. I was not greeted when I walked in! There were 3 ladies, Beginning at... the counter one of them was busy making a sandwich (she was evil and rude as can be) next thing you know she was yelling at thelady handling the drive-thru. They were speaking a different language and she was yelling like she was mad at the world. So whenit was my turn I order half of a sandwich. There was a piece in the oven already, but the lady helping me was not aware. So theskinny witch, the evil one! Toss it to her, but the lady helping me could not catch it so it bounced on her the RUDE one's dirtysweeter! I said I don't want that bread, I mean she was not wearing an apron just a dirty black sweater! So she took the breadand puts it back in the oven and says with a huge attitude (I'll Give It To Someone Else They Will TAKE IT) Totally not right!!I will be calling the BBB.
