Unfortunately I lost my picture, nevertheless, not great at all. The bread was fairly crisp, wasn?t toasted or steamed just... dried from air. The counter staff was really rude. Maybe because they deal with truck drivers and they have an attitude due tothe clientele. Whatever the reason I don?t think there is an excuse. The meat was , lunch meat. The food was great. Attitude of the employees was terrible. Immediately got an eye roll because we came in and they had to help... us. It?s sad when you go into a place of business and you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. My daughter was nervous toeven tell the girl what she wanted on her sandwich because of her attitude. The employees don't seem to understand the point of the plastic gloves. It's not to protect your hands from the food, it's to... protect the food from your hands. You still have to wash your hands before putting them on. The gloves aren't provided to makeyour job easier. Also, it's a subway... you don't get to have a tip jar. Read more
I'm not a big fan of subway in general but this is one of the very very few I'll eat at. The people are nice and they make an... excellent wrap. Subway in general IMO has no variety, the worst tasteless breakfast sandwiches known to man, and entirely toomuch bread. Adding wraps was a huge plus for me. Read more
My experience here was kind of disappointing. Went late at night and the only worker was on lunch. He put a sign on the counter... saying be back in 30 minutes, but no actual time. So I waited about 35 minutes along with another man who was there before me.Eventually another person came in and asked the gas station worker when the subway employee would be back and she called himover the headset. He walked in from outside finally. Once I got to the counter he told me they were out of meatballs andbasically anything else I wanted. What a waste of time. What a let down!!! Read more
Very good service. Connected to the Pilot Travel Center. Very Good Staff thats friendly and patient. Doesn't have a couple Bread... Items available that should have been. But it's minor to the clean environment. Read more
I wish I had caught the names of the two employees working. It was past 9:00, a man and a woman, and they could tell we were in... a huge hurry. We had 5 sandwiches to be made, and without missing a beat, each sandwich was done and wrapped in less than 7minutes. I cannot thank these two employees enough for being so great! Read more
