The workers need to be more educated. At the end of the day it?s a food business and atleast when a customer says, ? how you... doing ?? or even ?hi? ???????? you are supposed to respond ?atleast!!? Yo, the service was extremely slow; the food was good though. It was just too unorganized in here.
I went to this subway on Crawfordsville and Raceway on 4/12/22 pulled up the lot was empty just old Chrysler 300 on the lot... drive thru was closed and the door was wide open, that gave me vibes of flies and bugs on my food, not to mention the kids inthe place where loud and playing running around in the store very unprofessional. I politely back my car up and left thereshould always be an adult supervisor in the building especially working with food, these kids are nasty and think everything isfunny, I'll continue to go here during the day when adults are working. Staff is friendly. Sandwiches are made well. Usually I am in and out within 10 minutes. A good stop for lunch.
Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian & Herbs & Cheese bread is one of my top favorites at Subway, with a bag of Doritos Nacho... Cheese chips to go with it. Toasted is mandatory. Read more
I was so so disappointed with this Subway. I walked in and there were two people behind the counter and one other customer... being waited on. I stood in front of the employee for about 5 minutes . He was arranging meat. Never spoke , never looked up. I guess the meat was more important than this lost customer. Read more
An excellent experience here, first of all the customer service etiquette was impeccable any attention to detail do to me or... during a special salad was amazing. I wanted a salad made a special way for my wife and I was able to get that salad matecorrectly at this location. After having a less-than-stellar experience at another location. Thank you.
