Don?t go here! Couple days ago I came to this Taco Bell, asked the lady at the speaker to make sure my food was fresh and they... actually fill up the cheese cup because they never do, and she literally laughed at me. Called and spoke ti a manager when I gothome because they forgot the chalupa, and this picture was my burrito. Manager said ti come back and they?d replace the wholeorder. I came back tonight, one manager said she couldn?t afford to replace any orders because of all of the complaints they?vebeen getting. Then spoke with the store manager, and he told me he?d only replace two items out of the whole order that theoriginal one said they?d replace. This was my last chance at coming to this Taco Bell. This is the second time I've tried to go in to the dining room and get a bite to eat. It has been closed both times around noon.... Hard to rate a meal when you can't get one in the first place. The food is par with the rest of the taco bells on the east sidewhen they are open. Read more
I almost ate here-almost. Major mold issues. I wonder what it?s like in their food area. The franchisee needs to fix their... location. Not good to eat here ESPECIALLY not healthy for workers putting in time in this mold environment. You can see wherethey just painted over a bunch of old mold and it?s remolding again. This taco bell used to be the bomb six months or so ago. Dorito tacos no cardboard crushed with hardly anything on them. All... together we spent 27 bucks and there was barely any toppings on anything. We called and the phone just rang and rang. Terriblefood and service. Update: Sat April 3rd 2021 we gave this location another chance late night. The wait was a little longconsidering we only had one person in front of us and we did not have a big order. I had to ask for our drinks. I had to ask forsauce twice. When I got to the window they told me they were out of chicken so they substituted steak. They did not give me areceipt. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE our order was correct and the food was made good. Much better experience. Read more
Ordered some food through drive through and I regret it. The food was horrendous. Nacho bowl grande had chips, and beans that... looked like they were left out for hours, crusty along the top. Look at picture below! It's a doozy! On top of all this thegirl expediting gave us a torn receipt which just conveniently was missing the store location, so guess I can't give a survey!Very clever! So I called the location and asked for the store number, the employee told me a fake number. Finally decided to goback to complain and they didn't want to give me my money back, until I told the manager I was going to go to corporate, so hegave me 4 dollars back.
