My GF & I'd burritos looked like they had been purposely skimped, they were the same size as those frozen ones you buy at... grocery store. Didn't give receipt, no napkins, or the sauce I requested. Waited over half hour to completely waste my money.They need a new GM! Read more
Formal employee at this location and I will just say don?t ever order here. Yes, it?s a hit or miss location and recently has... been a bit better but only because corporate got on their a**es. The drink machines are never clean, the truck orders messed upwhich is why they run out of stuff so quickly, fry oil barely ever cleaned, and extremely poor management. Don?t be surprisedwith hair in your food as many managers don?t wear hair nets, people are constantly smoking, and not just cigarettes, andthere?s a lot of poor hygiene. They also play inappropriate music and plenty of cussing so don?t let your kids in the lobby (ifyou?re lucky enough that it?s opened)! And they use their phones with their gloves, the same gloves they use to prepare the foodyou?re eating. There?s many more Taco Bells to choose from, this store should?ve been demolished 2 years ago. Last night at about 1 AM we went through the drive-through at this location, we waited in line for over 30 minutes for our food.... ( no big deal they were busy.) When we got up to the window they had completely messed up our entire order, and did not haveenough change to give me back my proper amount of money I was supposed to receive. When asked if they would please give us therest of our food they told us to pull back around and go through the entire line again. (at least 15+ cars ) The girl workingthe counter who had brown hair and a septum ring was extremely rude to my wife and I. Telling us that she did not mess up thefood and it was not her fault and that we needed to wait in line being extremely rude and harsh. We explain to her nicely thatthere was no reason to be so rude that we would simply just wait for our food to be finished it was no big deal. She then raisedher voice with us telling us that we could sit there and wait all night and she?d be happy to go take a break. She then slammedthe drive-through window and stormed off. Overcharging me for my food and not giving me all of my food. I will personally nevergo to this Taco Bell again. There is absolutely no reason to be so rude with customers who are just trying to be patient andnice with you. Read more

This is the WORST Taco Bell in the world I am convinced. It hasn?t changed since I?ve had it over 3 years ago. The most recent... time I went the food literally tasted like dawn dish soap. It was absolutely disgusting. If you make any special requests theywill ignore them completely. Your food will look like it was just thrown into the packaging careless as hell. The quality isalways terrible. I do not recommend wasting your money here!!!!!!! This place needs demolished by this point.
