Six p.m. on a Tues. No waiting. Was starting to get busy but not crowded. Server was great and took care of us. I can drink 4 or... 5 glasses of tea at a meal and she made sure I didn't run dry. The salad was crisp, cold and fresh. The beef tips with mashedpotatoes and gravy was very good and filling! And we had plenty of bread. Wow! I was really happy with this experience all around. Heather, our waitress, was very knowledgeable and helped me to pick... just the right dish, which was the smothered ribeye. My ribeye I had a salad as a side which was fresh and tasty and some steakfries which were perfect. I got the 12 ounce ribeye for around 20 bucks and it was more than I could eat, especially after thetasty rolls and the peanuts. The ribeye was awesome! Read more
Excellent service, enormous portions, fantastic flavor at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. The... food was very well prepared, the service was fast, efficient and friendly and we were amazed at the value. The chicken friedchicken is tender and tasty. My husband raved about his ribeye steak. This place reminds us of home. We will definitely be back. Read more
A few pros but mostly cons. We arrived on a busy evening and told the wait would be 50-60 minutes. No big deal to us as we were... not in a hurry. We actually got a table within 10 minutes, in the bar area, so pro! Our server came relatively quickly and tookour drink and appetizer order and then returned with drinks and took our entree order. It was just my husband and I so we splita combo meal. Well then my husbands drink never got refilled in a timely manner, 3x despite him leaving it on the end of thetable and multiple servers walking by including ours without noticing - con. We never received rolls (I sat there wondering ifthey still did that or not and then saw our server taking some to a new table as we left, very mad about that - con. Theappetizer was good of fried pickles and the sides were good, pro. BUT both the ribs and the steak were not very grand. The ribsdid fall off the bone but the meat was incredibly dry, I had to add steak sauce to it (odd for ribs). And the steak which wassupposed to be medium rare, was medium, again not a huge deal as I tend to order steaks both ways but we weren’t asked if itwas cooked correctly specifically, and again it had very little flavor and needed A-1 so con. They were very busy, but ourserver did not seem overwhelmed or rushed, she really seemed like she just didn’t pay very good attention to us at all andthen the meats were not really good at all. We ate here for lunch. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. Restaurant was clean, and well staffed. My Ribeye was great.... Everyone else enjoyed their meal as well. Our Server (Jake?) was great, drinks were replenished promptly. Read more
The waitress was absolutely amazing she was on top of the whole order had the drinks and bread out then appetizer, then the... salads but she spaced everything out perfect. We never once ask for a refill or where nothing was at. She was fun when weordered, super friendly and very out going. She even brought us to-go drinks and boxes we didn't even have to ask her. She sanghappy birthday to one of our guest. She went above and beyond like a waitress should do, she was truly amazing. She works thebar area sorry I can't recall her name she's heavier built with dark hair and she likes to joke around. Shes a super amazingwaitress reminded me of myself. Haven't had service like that since I don't know when, we even told the manger she was the????we recommended she get a raise or bonus something!! This was a perfect dinner no complaints. Came here during the Sunday afternoon rush. Expected to wait a fair amount of time to get seated, and was not disappointed. ... Once seated, service was fairly quick, from drinks to appetizers to main course. The fried pickles were pretty decent. I'vehad both better and worse. Could use something a little more exciting than ranch as a dip, though. The rattlesnake bites werequite good, and didn't even need any dipping sauce. The country fried chicken was pretty average, but at least they didn'tskimp on the gravy. For sides, I got mashed potatoes, which were a bit too rustic for my tastes, but some folks may like havingbite sized chunks of potato in there. Also got a side of chili, which wasn't bad, but could've used some cheese and onion onit, maybe a couple slices of jalapeno. Overall, I wouldn't complain about eating here, but I wouldn't offer it up as asuggestion, either. Not bad, not great, just average, as expected. Read more
CC treated us as if we were family and was a very lovely waitress. Food was fresh and speedy as always and we left feeling... stuffed. If you're coming here to eat I would suggest coming for lunch or an early dinner (around 4pm). Anything later andyou'll be looking at an extremely long wait as this is one of the more popular Texas Roadhouse locations. Read more
