Very clean, service was excellent, food was amazing. I have no complaints.
Food was delicious, my favorite was the salmon best I had in a while.
Was not a good experience at all! I placed an order over the phone and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. So I get there... about 10 minutes later. Went inside to pick up order and of course not ready yet. I sit there for 15 minutes when a guyapproached me and said sorry but the cooked dropped one of your hamburgers he have to make one of them over. I said no I needwhole order remade because I need everything to be freshly cooked. He said ok. Waited another 15 minutes. Finally got food andwent home. Got home and noticed the Jack Daniel whiskey sauce was missing for both sandwiches. I was like whatever as long as Iwaited not going back. Bit into sandwich and it was the most disgusting hamburger I've ever had from Friday's. The hamburgerpatties look like it's been sitting for 8 hours. So I go back to get money back. Remind you it's about 11:00 pm so nothing elseis really open. Get there explain the situation and demand money back. Manager that night said only the general manager canissue the refund so he have to take down my info. So now, not only did I not get food I also don't get my money back. I feltlike I was robbed. This was a treat for my family and I. The Chef really put his love in the food. Every one at my table was please with our food.... And the server she was on point with everything. Everyone was so nice. It really meant a lot to me. In so many ways. I forgot mysevers name. She told us all to. Yolanda Amanda something like that I could be wrong too. Let me start by saying that the food was pretty good and Andy the manager was exceptionally well also but there were a few... things that dropped this review from a 5 star to a 3. The 6 oz steak that we requested to be medium rare came out to be rareand then instead of the chef cooking the steak a tad bit longer, they over cooked it to the point it was well done and chewy.The food itself was good but it was the little things in between that effected this experience. Andy the manager did his bestto alleviate the situation but he made a mistake in Up-Selling us; offering us a desert and stating that they won’t mess up onthis but still charging us an additional $8. So kudos to you as a manager, but from the customers stand point, do better. Ifyou or your staff make a mistake, DO NOT deceive the customer into thinking you will offer something for your mistake. Be honest& transparent and ask if they would like to purchase a desert or do not offer it at all. Overall, Andy was a nice manager, justneeds to know what is unacceptable from a customers standpoint, because without the customer, the business has nothing. Read more

Always been a favorite restaurant of mine for awhile. They were closed because of a fire and opened up again. Bar area full of... TVs. Drinks... great! (Strawberry Henny...).Bartenders are great! Always nice. Plenty of seating... good selection of food aswell. Carry out service could use some work but still a place I love eating at! Read more
