I am wondering what has happened to Wendy's in the last couple of years. This location actually used to be one of the best... locations in the city. I have had to cancel two online orders in the last month due to issues once I arrived at the store. During this visit, I placed my order for drive-thru, and I drove to the store. When I arrived, I found the drive-thru closed. I decided to go in, which was not what I wanted to do, but I figured I would try to be flexible. I patiently wait in line, andI let them know I am there. They come up to me about 10 minutes later stating they are out of an item. I asked if they couldplease just cancel that item them, and they claimed they couldn't do that. So I ended up just canceling my whole order andgoing elsewhere at that point. Once you place and online order using a coupon, which I had, you can't use that coupon again. Iwasn't going to pay $4 more for an order minus one of my items. I also was not willing to pay for an item that I did notreceive either. Wendy's needs to come up with some options to manage their app orders better. Please get with the times. Read more

Online order is pointless. They?ll tell you your order not ready so you have to come inside which is pointless for a mobile... order. This is the only one that does this. Read more

Do not visit during shift change! I put in a mobile order for pickup around 2:50pm, arrived at the drive thru at about 3. 2 in... line in front of me, but when I get to the speaker, I?m told it?s shift change and that I will have to pull out of the drivethru and wait. I decided to just go in to pick up, and the lady at the register just took her drawer and said nothing. The nextemployee couldn?t even check my order because it had been logged out. Once they finally found it, at 3:11, I was told it wouldbe 7-10 minutes on meat. Not uncommon, so I took a seat to wait. Several families had them come in and been served, so at3:36, I asked again about my order. It had not even been made yet. And it was now too late to cancel the order, as they hadalready ?accepted? it at 3:11. I was also told that they had no chocolate or strawberry frosty?s, and no large drinks, when Ihad paid for both already. I was handed my food and frosties at 3:54, and waited another few minutes for my now small drinksthat were at a Large price. So almost a full hour from order to pickup. I was not the only customer waiting this long orlonger. On top of that, the food was awful. Cold mushy fries, chili that was mostly hot sauce, and hard chicken in my pubsandwich. Not at all worth the almost $30 I paid for our 2 meals. I really feel bad for 2nd shift, because now they aredealing with angry customers when shift 1 actually started the problem, because they never told 2nd what was done or ready,etc. Unfortunately, another Wendy?s I will no longer visit. Asked to leave by the drive thru because they were doing a shift change and we were going to mess with their drive thru times.... Screw your drive thru time, wouldn?t want them to know customers are actually waiting!!! We already had an order in through theapp just needing pickup. Food has always been ok at this location other than topping accuracy on sandwiches. Read more

Staff was sweet but didn?t pay attention to anything. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for food. Did Mobil order. I ordered a pub... burger and got a plain chicken sandwich. ordered a baconator no mayo. Got mayo on it. Only 1/3 drinks was right. Didn?t feellike waiting any longer for those. Both Chili?s should have had cheese on it and no cheese. Too many mistakes for $30+ worth offood. First time I?ve been to this location and will be the last. Wendy?s needs to get their stuff together. This isn?t the onlylocation that can?t do their job. Read more

I know places are under staffed and understand longer wait times, but I would expect that they get the order right still and... give us good food. In the same pack of fry?s half are burnt and half are uncooked. Baconator fry?s had a pinch of shreddedcheese on top of the same burnt and uncooked fry?s. Both sandwiches wrong. The only part of our order that was correct andedible was the kids meals. Read more

They?re under a remodel so drive through only. Yet I order a regular jr cheeseburger and I get a burnt patty 2 slices of cold... cheese and a ton of ketchup????. My whole order was a kids meal and a 4 for 4. Also my sprite was out of carbonation. Easyenough order you?d think. Well I guess not.
