wanted to grab a drink but drive thru was packed so I went to go inside but one of the exits was locked. I walked around to a... different door and after ordering I asked a woman, who appeared to be a manager, did she know the door was locked. She said shedid and that they did that on purpose to keep people from walking in/out that door where traffic was heavy for drive-thru. WhileI was waiting to get my drink, I watched several people walk up to that door, like I did, to find it locked. Several left. Ijust thought a sign, visible to people, before they walk up, might be helpful. Also while waiting a woman with 3 small childrenwas sitting in the dining room, apparently waiting on their food. An order was placed on the counter and staff called out theitems and walked back to the back. When my drink came the order was still there. As I walked out I asked the lady if she waswaiting on food order and she said yes. I told her it was on the counter. Read more

Closest Wendy?s, so we continue to frequent it despite poor experiences. When they get the order correct, it?s great. However,... it usually takes 30+ minutes to get your order AND it?s almost always incorrect. The amount of times I?ve asked for a spicysandwich, double checked at the window that they put in a spicy chicken sandwich, only to be disappointed that it?s a regularsandwich, is frustrating. This Wendy?s is ALWAYS terribly slow! I placed a mobile order for pickup inside the restaurant but was told I needed to join the... drive thru line. What good is placing an order ahead of time if I can?t pick it up at the scheduled time because the store hasits doors locked and I have to sit through the drive thru anyways? Someone corporate or franchise has to know this restaurant is on its last leg. I work in food and have been short staffed to a... skeleton crew but no one ever worked this slow. They couldn?t move and line of 5 cars in 20 minutes if their lives depended onit. The frosty tasted sour. Either expired milk or they aren?t cleaning their machines. Well I pulled up to the drive thru literally at 7:28PM there was a handwritten sign on the speaker that said "at 7:30 app orders... only" but this very sweet beautiful young lady took my order without an attitude and she was super nice! It was a refreshingchange! I was able to get the strawberry frosty it was so good! I had the strawberry salad with chicken and it was so good! Theonly downfall was the girl who handed me my bags told me she put the extra salad dressing in the bag, but when I got home thatwasn't the case. The salad looked like it was made earlier in the day then put in the refrigerator. The lettuce was kind ofbrown on the ends but the chicken, strawberries, and everything else was really good! I would still recommend eating here butyou might want to put in an app order to be on the safe side. Read more
I was there Saturday at 4 PM, sat in drive through line 25 minutes only to be told at the speaker that their system was down and... they couldn't take any orders. Gave them one pass, back on Sunday noon, they would not honor Wendy's coupons and didn't haveANY frosty ( machine broken). Thought I was at McDonald's !!! I was craving wendys for lunch and this one is right down the road from my work. I was hesitant to go because the drive thru... line was getting pretty long but I really wanted it. The wendys by my home i usually have pretty bad experiences at but not thisone. the line moved quick, the lady taking orders was super kind. I got to the window and both the lady taking payments and thelady handing out orders had a smile on their face and were very kind. my food was good and warm and i was surprised to see theyeven remembered to throw my extra sauces in the bag. overall had a great experience at this wendys and it 100% satisfied mycraving Read more
