Might be the worst food i ever ate. I was there with my parents on 11/04. My mother was told that the fries were dried out... because the oil was old. Burgers were charred. The woman at the counter kept trying to put lettuce and tomato on our burgersalthough we told her exactly what we wanted. Awful experience. We were there on a friday at 4:11pm. This location has been going downhill for years. Slow drive through, incorrect orders, rude service, and straight up lying! I... asked for a lite lemonade and got a regular and had to pay extra! And I wouldn?t have found out unless I looked at the receiptthat you have to ask for. Cashier said they are out, but why didn?t you say that when I ordered!? If I would have drank thatlike it was what I ordered, I would have been in bad shape! This is on top of many times that they messed up my order and I hadto leave it due to not having time to fix it. Miserable! Ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers, received 2 kids meals with everything on it. My Hot & Crispy guara nteed fries were... ice cold to the point the grease coated the top of my mouth. The kids Fries (which I didn't order, but paid for to avoid moredrama) were also fresh from the freezer. My chicken sandwich also cold & old. He shoved my bags all in one hand, stared at me like 'what' as I asked for my tiny frostys and Diet Coke. Got one straw. I'm not big on fast food in general, but Wendy's is often a notch above the usual. The Nora Wendy's location has serious issues,... though. It's close to where I work, so sometimes I think I can pop in for a quick lunch. But the dining room has been closed forat least a year, supposedly due to staffing issues, so you have no choice but to wait in the drive-through line. This isincredibly slow...6 cars in front of you means about a 20 minute wait. Also, there's no real recourse if they get your orderwrong, because you don't usually find out about it until you're long gone. I have been through this Wendy's drive-through threetimes...twice my order was wrong, and the third time, the fries were so cold and stale that they were inedible, and this wasduring the lunch rush. And when I say they got my order wrong, I mean REALLY wrong...last time I ordered a spicy chickensandwich with cheese, and got a bacon double cheeseburger on a stale bun instead. But due to the long wait and a short lunchbreak, I didn't have time to go back and sit in the drive-through AGAIN to get them to make it right. Also, don't bother askingfor salt, pepper, napkins, or a straw...you won't get it. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Read more
This is a typical Wendy's fast food restaurant except the lobby is closed. Every other store and restaurant in the area is open... to the public but this location has chosen to keep the lobby closed. Therefore the drive-thru is usually wrapped all the wayaround the building and your weight is extremely long. Until they reopen the lobby I cannot give them a higher score Read more
I live nearby and this is, for the past 3 years, consistently the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. The drive through,... every time, takes 1 order at the speaker and doesn't take another order until that one is handed out the window. Every time. Read more
Employees were arguing loudly in the back, a cook used the POS with their gloves on then went right back to making food, our... order wasn't right but it wasn't worth effort or time to continue to try to get what we actually ordered and paid for... Thelady taking our order was super nice regardless of the inability to get our order right. Read more
