Rude service on 2 separate occasions, 1 which prompted us to exit the drive thru line & leave ! As we were pulling away the lady... inside yelled at us & said ????? yeah bye, go on ! She then waved her hand at us ???? as to dismiss us !!! Both my Wife & I areearly 50's & didn't appreciate the gross display of disrespect by the younger female "Manage/Supervisor" ! Food was good, hot, and served with great customer service. I always pay attention to how they treat the homeless and I saw them... feed a young lady that was hungry. Bravo to Wendy's! Read more
I went through the drive thru after waiting in line forever for them to tell me drive thru is down you can come inside. And my... order they couldn't even find and I pre ordered it after getting it the food was kinda cold. This is the worst this place hasbeen in a long time.... Read more
Where do I begin? It took me 28 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. On top of that, I ordered ahead online! They... don't have pickup slots like other restaurants, you have to pickup in the drive thru lane. Apperenlty the car in front of us wasa girlfriend or wanna be girlfriend of the window attendant, because he spent 20 minutes just shooting the breeze with her whilewe had people jumping out of line to go somewhere else to eat. As always Wendy's service was very good as well as their food was good. Now let me say this thier not very fast at getting your... food. But I'm thinking that's because we were in the hood. Getting something to eat. And they not always fast at getting yourfood when you order in the hood. Read more
I don't know how they operate and they keep running out of stuff they never have grilled chicken everybody cannot eat breaded... chicken... It was a few other items after we waited for and half an hour all we were able to buy were two drinks. We had to waitfor the one person that was ringing us up to make more strawberry frosties in the machine. I know right now a lot of peoplearen't working and they're needing help but, at least get the line down it was only me left in line. And because I waited solong they ran out of cookies because somebody got them out the drive-thru. They said they will make more cookies but afterwaiting a half an hour who wants to wait another half an hour. I just left it wasn't worth it. Read more
