Stopped to grab a quick breakfast from here. Took a long time at the drive through and there was no one else there so not sure... why it took so long. I got the biscuits and gravy and French toast sticks. The biscuits and gravy were...strange. The biscuitswere topped with chunks of sausage and then a gravy over everything. It was overly salty and I didn't care for it. Had thesausage been smaller pieces and mixed in with the gravy and less salt, we could talk. However, the French toast sticks werefire ????! They by far were the best I've ever had. They single handedly saved this from being a 1-2 star review. They had aslight crisp on the outside, with a warm soft interior. They were cooked to a nice golden brown as well, they were just doneright! If you're around here, if for nothing else, snag you an order of these babies. Read more
The Manger Greg is terrible an should be fired like yesterday. An the staff members are just as rude. This location is outta... control. No dine in opt but was allowed to order in app. Was on foot an not allowed inside to pickup. My already paid for inapp order . So I walked to drive through window. Thank God it was opened because the Manger sees me standing there. Hecompletely ignore that I'm there. So does the staff but the Manger was the worse of all. He was standing in the drive throughwindow. But wouldn't acknowledge that I was there and had a question on how to receive my already purchased food. So I openedthe window once I noticed a crack. The fact that I have to do all this is problematic. Things got worse though to much to list .Wendys upper management advice. Fire the Manger Greg the staff is terrible cause he's leading. Also the store seems to beshort staffed frequently. Probably due to poor leadership and rude behavior from this Manger. Read more
I love Wendy's. This one is nice and clean and convenient. But seriously: Read. The. Damn. Ticket. It says exactly how to make... each item and what to have on the tray or in the bag. Just read it. They fixed their mistakes readily enough. Read more
Went to the Winniers at post in 74. Ordered plain burger when I get it home I looked and it looks like there was mayo and... ketchup all on it and wiped off. Called to talk to the manager hey Manager said sorry that doesn?t happen come in sometime willget replaced. Never went in the largest thought it was a fluke no big deal ordered there again a couple weeks later and got aplain burger opened it up and mustard and ketchup were wiped off and still on the bun but wiped off. Talk to the manager let herknow about this she acted like it?s no big deal it was my problem I said all I said was I didn?t ask for a refund I didn?t askto get anything just wanted to let her know that if they mess up they need to just make a new burger. I?m allergic to mayo andit could have been bad. The manager then shrugged her shoulders and said OK and just shut the window on me. I would recommendnot going there and I will not be going back And recommend that you do not go either. Because if they mess up your order theywill not care and if you?re allergic to something. I do not feel this is a Wendy?s business practice and I hope someone reachesout to me!! Read more
