This is the worst Wendy?s in the city of Indianapolis, I wouldn?t recommend anyone coming here unless you wanna wait 30 to 45... minutes in line no matter in store or through the drive through. Terrible customer service and food quality. 45 minutes and the 4th car in line. 7 employees pass the drive through window but... you're only able to take 1 order at a time. Waiting until the car pulls away from the window before taking the order at thespeaker. Read more
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The staff here is hood af. Unprofessional. Rude is an understatement. We waited... atleast 20 minutes just to order, then a good 15 minutes just to receive cold food. And the wrong food at that. Read more
As always, the drive thru at this location is the worst & the food doesn't make up for it. In total I was in the line for over... an hour, 40mins of that was after I was FINALLY able to order. I saw over 10 vehicles leave the line & just leave fully (lostrevenue for Wendy', but another eatery's win). Saw a few people who went inside after the car ahead of me ordered be served &leave before I even got to the window (only 1 car ahead of me w uncomplicated order for 1 person). Once I got to the window topay & get my food, they had to take my order again. Then we were waiting on fries to be put in the bag. Nothing was piping hot,just warm enough to not be considered cold. Spicy chicken sandwich was dry and mostly flat breading. The medium fries were warm& a quarter of them were burnt nubs. No receipt in bag nor handed to me. 5 employees working (at least 2 were constantly inmotion working). The drive thru at this location is always slow as molasses in January, but this was by far the absolute worst. I usually don't go there because of this, but because it was not a high volume time (3:30 - 4:40) I felt like it might not betoo bad. I was mistaken. They should consider closing this location, or at least stop offering drive thru. They don't seemfully equipped to deal with both drive thru and inside counter. I always see ppl leave the drive thru because it's always superslow (have been that person before). Gave 1 star because it won't let me leave zero & still review. Don't go to this location. Read more
HORRIBLE experience EVERYTIME. Buns are never toasted and crumble. Beef is always old/ order is never correct. No care in the... food at all. I live up the street and I love Wendy's but this locations is hurting the franchise. I don't ever recommend thislocation. Read more
Awful store, people are usually standoffish but I can ignore that, food service can suck so I bet it, but they seriously have... their dining room closed for most of the day with no posted hours and I think it's ridiculous to have to either order fromDoorDash, drive 300 feet from my house, or show up after 8pm to get anything. All it takes is some posted dining room hours,really. Read more
Recently placed a doordash order, our driver shows up without half the order and says that the employees gave her attitude and... wouldn't give her all the order. I was missing 2 large frosties, and entire meal, 20 dollars worth of food. I called the storeand asked for a manager, the employee that answered claimed to be the manager and sounded comatose saying I will have to take itup with someone at the store tomorrow. Do not, I mean do not waste your time and money at this store. This all took place 5minutes ago on the phone, waited 45 minutes for half my order. Read more
Poor customer service, Poor attitudes, Horrible food!! The female argued with us about how I ordered my food. The lettuce was... nothing but stems. I asked for the chicken nuggets to be cooked well done but they weren't. NOT COMING BACK HERE!!! Read more
