Honest to god, I am not sure how they can mess so many things up but they did. First of all, it took 20 mins to get to the... window. They asked abou one of our orders saying ?hot, spicy or grilled?? Then they told us the rest of our nuggets were almostdone, yet? we didn?t even order any nuggets. The spicy chicken sandwich was honestly gross. Nothing was on it. Don't waste your time and money. I've gone through the drive thru 4 times in the last 4 months. Always a reason they can't do... their job. The one time in 4 they actually took my order and provided food it was wrong. Seems either the team doesn't careabout the job, or the manager doesn't care to provide quality control and leadership. I made a order online after I got off work late. Went to go pick it up and they were closed and it was Sunday. So luckily I... found something to eat. Then I call the next morning because I realized they did not refund my order from previous night. Whenthe guy answered I explained my situation and he proceeded to tell me different things like I can't get a refund til night.What??? So then I go up there and she tells me that she would have to get it approved from her gm to give me a refund. I toldher just make my food if that would be easier. It was 10:20am we this was going on. She told me no because it's still breakfast.I'm trying to figure out why these people think it's ok for people to put order in and not get anything back in return and I'msupposed to be happy and shut up. Manager was disrespectful. Forgot 3 burgers had to go back waited on fries and nuggets for 10 mins. Very slow ( high staffed).... Got our burgers, burgers are freezing cold. No Napkins. All around bad would not recommend. Cashier was respectful and veryunderstanding. Read more

The owner of this place should be ASHAMED of him or herself whomever it is?..there?s no way in the world a place like this... should STILL be in business with all these bad reviews and horrible pictures!! It just goes to show all they care about is themoney just like the rest of these businesses!!!! Yesterday me and my children had an horrible experience with this place, wewere served OLD dried stribbled meat and bacon on hard buns without a care in the world of serving them to us and or what itcould do to us!!! After I informed the ?YOUNG? manager that was on duty named N****n that I wanted a refund for everything, heNEVER once tried to fix the problem in ANY type of way like a real trained professional worker would?ve done!!!! Especiallyafter it being the restaurants fault!!! This place lost 4 customers and I pray it loses more until it gets together all the wayand respect it?s customers who makes it possible for this place to stay in business!!!!
