Went through the drive thru. Person on the mic came out of her car smoking and said that the credit card machine was down and... that it would be five minutes. Waited five minutes and was told the same thing again. Second time I've stopped at this locationand was told they were having the same credit card machine problem. Won't make that mistake a third time. Read more
Terrible experience. Was basically yelled at by a manager and told I didn?t order something right when they got my order wrong.
This place is ok. It does need some help. The food was good. It did take a while to get. The floors need a good cleaning.... Everywhere you walked it was sticky. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed. Read more
What a horrible Wendy's franchise. Stopped there on a Sunday at 4 pm. 2 cars in the parking lot, people dining inside. Went... in, only to be told by the "manager" that she was closing because 2 of her employees had just quit before I arrived and shefired a 3rd. Said she couldn't and wouldn't attempt to operate the restaurant by herself. Please don't reward this franchiseowner with your money. Give it to places that are trying. Read more
We ordered two large frosty and the manager on duty swiped our card twice double charging us. When we called to tell her, she... was very rude to us. She denied it even though we had proof. I'll never go to that one again. Read more
Go to another location if you absolutely want Wendy's. The workers are very rude and they will give you whatever is already... cooked, regardless if that is not what you ordered. They didn't have regular chicken cooked and only had spicy and said we wouldneed to wait 6 minutes for regular. We said that was fine and we didn't want spicy but they gave us spicy anyway. They forgot afry and drink so we sat and waited and the worker just opened the window and stared at us as if WE were inconveniencing them. Ifthe location is as short staffed as they said so as soon as we pulled up to the speaker, then close the location. The attendantinterrupted our order and asked us what type of car pulled up behind us in the drive thru as if it was someone they knew, ratherthan focus on getting the order correct. It was an uncomfortable and awkward experience and we are just going to avoid Wendy'sin general because, quite frankly, we haven't had a positive experience at an Indiana location in years but this was just thelast straw. Do NOT order DoorDash from here. Today I got a southwest salad with NO chicken, NO avocado, NO bacon, paid for extra cheese and... didn't get that either. I received a bowl of lettuce with tomato slices and a smidgen of shredded cheese. Also ordered a Dave'sdouble with cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mayo - got meat on cheese. Haven't had this issue when using thedrive-thru, but I won't be doing that in the future either. Read more
