We were passing through and decided to stop for a quick meal. It was just after 7pm and they were already mopping the entire... floor. At first I thought maybe it was just a spill but the girl proceeded to mop us into our seats. We had 4 children with usso we were afraid to let them get up to get refills. The floor was slick and I almost fell carrying my baby out. I couldunderstand if they were getting ready to close but just after 7pm to mop?! My friend and I went to Wendy's for lunch via drive-thru. The associate that was taking orders wasn't very detailed and asked... for specific. I ordered the 5$ Biggie Bag. When I dug through the paper bag to dig out our food; the lady failed to ask whetherI wanted regular chicken nuggets or spicy for my meal. I understand that this is fast-food, but it is everyone's responsibilityto provide customer service. Not just do the minimum. I managed to eat a few of the nuggets despite the kick, and gave my buddythe rest so it wouldn't go to waste. Do not come to this location. The service was not up to par at all. I love Wendy's but take the extra 5-10 minutes to drive... across town. My dad and I ordered a chicken sandwich and Dave's double. The buns were ROCK HARD. Chicken over cooked and hard.We both ordered strawberry lemonade and had to mix BOTH OF THEM OURSELVES! "Hot and Crispy" fries is definitely a lie at thisplace. Stopped by this morning because my son wanted a honey chicken biscuit + hashbrowns before school. I placed the order online &... picked up via drive-thru. I think there was only 1 lady working. There was a little bit of a wait, but not too bad. The cashierwas friendly & apologized. Once we got home, my son got to eat his food. He was very pleased & everything was there! Definitelyrecommend this location! Please don't be an @$$ though & try to remember they are short staffed. I suggest fixing yourself foodat home, if you can't be understanding. Read more
I sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes BEFORE I could place my order. Another 20 minutes to pay for, and receive my... order. Soda was unavailable for some reason, but was given a tiny kiddie sized frosty. No price adjustment was made for theinconvenience. My order was a double combo large sized. I was charged for a medium size at window. Yet the frosty was Jr.size...if this all wasn't frustrating enough, I get home from a 12 hour work day and find the sandwich which was supposed to bea double, and I paid for it, shows it on the receipt, and I get a single instead. I have in 4 separate visits to this locationin 1 month, ALWAYS have either the wrong food, was incorrectly charged, or no napkins or straws. Only to then have to drive backto the store...tonight...was a combination of no soda available, wrong food, was overcharged, and no straws after nearly 40minutes total time in the drive through since lobby is in renovation. At work in a commercial vehicle and wanted a quick bite to eat. Noticed inside was closed after walking up to door and it being... locked. I tried asking at speaker and was ignored. A nice woman pulled up and asked if I could order and the worker rudelyrefused of service due to inside being closed and only drive thru orders only. No walk ups. Keep driving not worth the stop. Idrove around the corner to Chick-fil-A who always has great service, positive attitude and fresh food. Read more
Waited for long period to be helped at order station then pulled around only to be told to go to a parking space waited there... for over 10 minutes get home with food it?s cold and one sandwich what no meat no bbq and food dumped in bag poor service poorfood called manager and she wanted me to drive back to get new order.
