The staff acted like they didn't want to be there. They still had advertised items that were no longer available and said it... was the GMs job to change it out. They had no GM there. The staff is working very hard to be friendly and efficient. I am impressed! Food fresh and tasty. Dinning room clean.
Fries were super hot. Sandwiches were somewhat cold and bread was a little dry around the edges. But it was tasty.
Went to place an order at the one at 10099 E Washington Street. Was told there was a 25 minute wait on burgers. There were no... customers anywhere. This isn't the first time this store has not been prepared for ANYTHING!! Someone needs to train thisstore!! Read more
Floor in Dinning room was Very Dirty. Staff extremely Rude and slow. Location was out of several items and drink selections. No... Mgr was in site and when I asked was brushed off. I assume they have a worker shortage as every other business which is why I'm allowing a little leeway for the wait time and... quality of the product. I ordered a suitcase that was half cheese. Some of the buns were really moist to the point it wasfalling apart. Chicken rings were slightly overcooked. Some of the fries were overcooked. I presume because of the limitedpersonnel and the long line, this is why it was not as good as usual. Read more
I went to white castle at 3 p.m. stomach on 10 hungry I ordered a bacon chicken ranch slider 2 for three it came out in minutes.... Went back for a 10 peace chicken ring both were hot fresh and delicious. Much better than the white castle I know. I give the100% customer service and delivery. Read more
Rude asl. This white castle takes their time to get your order. I had to repeatedly say hello before someone answered. Employees... are loud yelling outside of the window. Very tacky establishment. 10 thumbs down. Read more
