Horrible experience. Wanted to try the new hot honey. No one was at counter. Maybe short staffed I get that but at least update... your customers. waited 30 + minutes on food, once we got it, it wasn?t what we ordered. People standing around looking confused.Can?t even eat our food, wasn?t given ranch. Didn?t get the corn. Every time we come here I get the same thing, bone in flats with Louisiana rub. Only once in the 5 times I?ve been here are the... wings good. The other four times the wings were so greasy, I had to use a paper towel to soak it up. There was standing oil inthe container, covering it completely, as deep as a pencil eraser. And the wings were not the slightest bit crispy, because ofthe grease. The rub didn?t even stick, they were so oily. It use to be so good, but I won?t be back! Read more
Went and ate inside. I picked the boneless wings: butter lemon pepper and Korean. The majority of the tables had not be cleaned... off and instead of napkins they have a roll of brown paper towel, I'm not sure if they can't find any napkins or whatever. Thechicken is good of course it's better with the dipping sauces. Decent meal overall. I appreciate that response in conjunction tothe review I left. I never try to go to a business and bash anyone,I present an honest summary of what I see, I look forward togoing back to wingstop and trying out another location because your food is good. Read more
Good was severely undercooked as per usual with this location. It seems the quality of food at this store has gone down... drastically and I would not recommend this locations food which is unfortunate since this one used to have really good food butthe service along with the quality is not what it used to be. wish i could give 0 stars. walked in & was not helped at all until my boyfriend had to ask. employee behind counter was picking... at his nose then walked over to another customer with his food without even washing his hands. our wings weren?t even tossed. wedidn?t get our drink with our combo. we waited for over 30 minutes because our food was left on the rack without our name evenbeing called out. and our food was cold. over heard an employee telling a customer how ?bad the air is to breathe in? inside ofthe restaurant. highly disappointed with the service we experienced today. We are from out of town, but visit family here every now and then. This is, by far, the best Wing Stop there is! We went... today, and 3 beautiful and sweet ladies were working very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. They were non-stopwith customers and to-go orders. Apparently, several people quit recently or called out. What a shame that people don?t wantto work anymore and would rather accept handouts. Even the manager (Alondra) of the store was in the back cooking food andpreparing orders. The staff here (the ones that actually show up to work) are amazing and deserve raises and bonuses for thework they put in. What's up with the website. You can't order wings combo on it. And it's only this locations website. The other wingstop... locations still have it on their website and I called and checked to make sure it was still on the menu and it is. It's justyour stores website that's messed up. It's been over a week when is it going to get fixed? The drinks are messed up too. Onlyoptions is to order lemonade or tea. Read more
