If you value your time STAY AWAY. I usually don't rate restaurants on the first visit but this is the worst customer service... I've ever recieved. We ordered 6 boneless lemon pepper wings. Got home and discovered we had parmesan wings. Drove all the wayback up there to wait for 30 mins for the correct order. I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give me one. Ialmost just took the hit on the $12 and leave anyway but then she finally came with the wings. To top it off, we got just our 6wings. No offer for extra fries, a drink... nothing. Came into the restaurant tonight never had wingstop before and they were very very busy came in contact with with a gentleman... named John who was fantastic he kept us informed and he was personal with us and with the stress which he was handling great allI can say is WOW give him a raise and food was great ???? The people working here are really nice. I've been to a few other Wingstop locations and this one has nicer people by far.
Messed up a pretty straight forward $20 triple meal deal-type promotion they had. Asked for a refund over the phone for the... missing large fries we didn?t receive, she said to call back in the morning about it?and I will, which is a hassle. But in thiseconomy, every dollar counts. Never going to order from this location again despite how convenient the location is. Upsetting. Read more
I haven't had wings at Wingstop before just their fries but I wanted to try them this time. I don't know if it's the spot or... just me but the wings here are just cold and depressing. The fries are half cooked and soggy. I'd rather eat frozen wings thanthis. Read more
This was my very first time ever coming here. & I don?t usually rate on my first visit, however?. it was AWFUL SERVICE so I just... have to!!! I placed an order way ahead of time & scheduled for 3:45 pickup. My order wasn?t ready when I got there, nor was itin the making. She had to search for my receipt order. Then she tells me it?ll be 15min. I was okay with that. But I ended upwaiting double that , for her to just give me a messed up order, as I had ordered all flats on my classic wings, but the ordershe gave me contained drums. I then had to wait an extra 10min on top of the other 30min I had already waited. While my fries &the rest of my order sat getting cold. Never again will I come here, at least not to this location. There's not an option for a negative star review so therefore that's the only reason I gave one star. Worst service I've ever... had and was the first time I ordered and wanted to try WingStop at the new store that just opened on 10th St Indianapolis I paid$63 for a door dash order that came the first time with literally only 3 baskets of fries. Which was NOT what I ordered thenwhen calling back to have order corrected the sent a redelivery out with just one order of fries only. Never was resolved and Iended up paying $63 for a total of four baskets of fries and it was late so nobody or children even got to eat. Will never orderor try this place again or door dash. Unless you owe much want to have your money just stolen due to their error. Read more
