I ordered a large taco pizza and a medium pepperoni I had a coupon for a free medium with the purchase of a specialty pizza they... charged me for both and took one penny off for the pepperoni went in to get a refund told me that they would credit back to mycard still haven't got a credit. I stumbled into this Casey's and goodness it was a rude awakening. This is probably the worst Casey's I've been in and will... never come back here again. Most of the fountains drinks were out of order. They don't offer lemonade. I had a Kum and go cupfor refills and had to answer a series of questions. The rather hefty cashier was rude and should not be working and frontingthe store. The cashier didn't greet any of the customers. She didn't say "thank you" to anyone There were 3 employees stocking.Most of the isles were blocked off and this is at 3pm..prime time on a Thursday. They should find a different hour to pick forstocking the shelves. Highly not recommended. Go find a QT or Kum & Go. Read more
Long time customer and most of the time I don't have any complaints. Ordered a pizza tonight and I am beyond disappointed. First... it's not cut at all, it's doughy in spots and there was no taco sauce. And due to the stupid idea to use doordash I can't get itreplaced. Caseys should of never went through doordash and kept the deliveries through the workers at the store. I just wastedmoney and I will not be ordering again. Id Rate 0 if possible, they always are unfriendly here 90% of the time they can?t make your food you order. Then they won?t call... to inform you they can?t until you show up 1hr later to pick up your food. Apparently they are always short staffed is what theyuse for a excuse every time I order here. I will never go back again. Tired of there excuses and poor lack of CustomerService. The sad part is the employees don?t even know how to make pizzas like a normal Casey?s is known for. The delivery guy Dell. He's absolutely awesome. Always so friendly! Pizza is great 98% of the time. Sometimes they add to much... cheese or not enough. Same goes for the sauce. Overall best pizza in town hands down! The store is always clean and friendly aswell. Read more
Order pizza was about 10 minutes behind the time quoted on the app, once home custom order instructions were not followed.
