Long wait due to no help. We went through the drive through. We waited five minutes and didn't move 1 place. The truck in... front of me got out of line, so I did also. I talked to him inside and he said he was there 5 minutes before I got there. There was only 1 other person inside so it wasn't even busy. We waited as they cooked our food, so at least it was hot andfreshly made. If your in a hurry, just go in. Read more
Caden S. waited on me and was exceptionally polite, well spoken, and precise at his job. Even noticed him double checking others... orders. The only negative thing I would have to say (a lot of restaurants do) is they seem to cater to the drive through morethan the people right in front of them. Dine-in not open. Mushroom swiss had almost no mushrooms. Was not given any napkins, ketchup, or salt.
By far worst Hardee?s I have ever been to. The food ALWAYS takes at least 15 mins to get. The line moves super slow. The food is... incorrect a lot of the times. They have really got to work on fixing these issues. It?s awful Read more
Went here during lunch rush, was told only one person was on staff for the restaurant. Vern was on staff and was doing... everything he could. When I say well mannered, I mean it. This guy was working through all of the stress, I saw people lined upin the drive through and he was very apologetic, and continued to make no excuse for the wait time. I will be returning, and weappreciate the performance of a day Vern was dealing with, thank you. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for our food and it was not hot, a little over luke warm. I get the economic environment, but fast... food...come on man! They missed the easiest of 2 requirements. Read more
Placed order at drive thru. Didn't get the whole order. When I returned the person said calm down.(rudely) there were 4 or 5... vehicles ahead of me. At this point the food was all cold. Not happy after paying $27 the only person that had a warm meal wasthe child. We won't go there again. Very unhappy. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for our order and once received it was wrong. Then to top it off it was Luke warm at best fries were stale as... well. Im very disappointed in the quality of the food. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. Read more
