Staff are very friendly. The selection of food was least to be desired. But luckily the do make whatever kind of pizza you... request. They also let you know when your special ordered pizza is ready. Food was good. Lost a star because the older lady that greeted us and took our money asked if there were any requests. Asked... for stuffed crust pepperoni "NO were not making that tonight". Ok so we asked just regular pepperoni then " well there's alreadysome on the buffet so that's good". We get to the buffet and no pepperoni. So we asked another employee and she said "sure, wewill get you some pepperoni". Kind of a weird experience with the first older lady but after we spoke to the other employee thefirst, older lady seemed to have disappeared. Read more
The nephew loves this place so we end up here several times a year. Pizza is average, but the chicken is awesome! Buffet for... everything, but you can request a special pizza and they will bring it by your table first to grab a slice. Salad bar with agood variety, including a couple of soups, pasta salads, coleslaw, plus the lettuce and toppings. Chicken, mashed potatoes,macaroni and cheese, green beans, gravy, fries, corn at another buffet station. Pizza Station has breadsticks and sometimespasta along with 5 or 6 pizza flavors. Dessert choices of ice cream, cookie bars, and several flavors of dessert pizza. For 2adults and a kid it is $30. Then we go and spend $20 in the attached arcade called the Fun Zone. Still a good price for an hourof fun and everyone can find something they like to eat. Staff friendly and prompt with table cleaning. All in masks. Read more
Great staff. Good fresh food at a decent price. You can order your favorite pizza when you arrive or they have a variety of... pizzas on the bar. The chicken is very good. They have good dessert pizzas, cookies and ice cream. Read more
My family and I went to pizza ranch on a Wednesday night a few weeks ago. We are pretty ?frequent flyers? here and tend to eat... here several times a month. Today?s experience was beyond disappointing. I?ve never had worse food than that day?s experience. The chicken was so dry, you had to take a drink with every bite just to get it to go down. I ordered a pineapple pizza that onlyhad two pieces of pineapple on each slice. It was pathetic the pizza they brought out to us, with cheddar shredded cheese andnot mozzarella. The salad bar was a complete disaster and looked like a toddler threw it together the morning of. The food wassubpar and not to mention the amount of flies in the restaurant was appalling. The food looked like it sat there all day. Thecustomer service wasn?t anything to shake a stick at either. The teenager bussing the tables was rude and inconsiderate ofpeople eating and had no table manners. ?Can I take this??, she would say without care of response. I?m sure there wasn?t aperson over the age of 20 in there. We never saw a manager that night like we usually do. Had we seen a manger I wouldn?t bewriting this review today. We are completely and utterly disappointed in the service, food and all around environment of thisrestaurant. Read more
Great customer service we called for delivery. They even delivered to our hotel which was nice. Their menu looked great. We got... the baconator I believe it was called and it was delicious. Their Italian salad was great as well. Plenty of toppings in it.Would love to be able to eat there the next time we are through the area. Read more
Had to go to another pizza ranch and have lunch because their food is so good the pizza's delicious I love the thin crossed in... the way it's cooked it's crispy and definitely love the dessert pizzas! A group was having a fundraiser while I was thereeating and it was really nice they were the ones going around checking the tables filling the Napkins and picking up to dirtydishes. Read more
