My order was good and hot... And the young ladies were very nice and polite.
Absolute worse Burger King I have been to. I'm standing here for 5 minutes with 3 people up front and no one acknowledged me.... Then when the cashier walked up she said go ahead with your order. No greeting and seems as if they do not want to be here.Normally I hold off on giving bad reviews but the shift manger, store manger and district manager needs to be evaluated. This ishorrible!!!!! What an absolute train wreck of a store. The have horrrible customer service. They use being busy as an excuse to screw up your... order. I was not given a price, nor was my order read back to me. The order screen is broken. The appropriate amount ofnapkins were not given. I had three drinks and I recieved two straws. Not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate storebut this store is an embarrassment to what fast food; especially Burger King should be. Read more
Waited over 15 minutes for 2 chicken Jrs & 2 double cheeseburgers yesterday evening after 5:30pm. Was not given an apology for... my wait or anything. Ridiculous! I'm use to receiving better service from them. Read more
This is the worst place ever. I bought 2 breakfast sandwiches through the drive through. They both were cold. My coffee was... cold too. I asked for cream for my coffe and was given butter. I will never go back! I gave a 1 star rating so I could post,this was much higher than they deserved. Read more
