Ordered on the app, drove 14 miles to Indianola and waited over 30 minutes for pizzas, to be told that one of my 2 pizzas... ordered had not made it into the oven. Waited another 20 minutes to be told it was halfway done. The drive thru line was backedup behind us the whole time. There were 5 employees that we saw while there...2 male delivery guys, that went straight to workon making and boxing pizzas, 2 females, one of which tried to assist us (and was very professional) but was receiving back lashfrom the only other employee there, which must be Quentin, the manager on duty. Quentin waited on us at the window first. He isvery rude, disrespectful and has no business interacting with customers. We witnessed several other disgruntled customerswhile sitting at the window looking straight into the store checkout. I have never left a restaurant without paying for andreceiving my order, but tonight, I did. I really felt bad for the other employees. Read more
