Fries were "Hot & Crispy" for sure the sandwiches were really good BUT the chicken nuggets were super cold, almost as if... someone had taken them out of the fridge and boxed them up. Can't go better then 3 stars for that. Moral is check everythingbefore leaving.... Read more
The best customer service I have received in a long time from Wendy's in Indianola. I wasn't greeted at the payment window but... was thanked after I said Thank you. I was greeted and thanked at the pickup window. I couldn't tell you the name of theindividual because I didn't see a name tag or was there eye contact. As far as my order goes, my food wasn't up to part. Frieswere old, burger was good, and nuggets could have cooked a little long. Not sure if they were pulled up before yhe timer wentoff. Read more
Placed an order online, went to eat, there were signs outside that said " dining room open" went to the door, locked. Online it... said "dining room open" So we went through the drive through. They couldn't find the order. The manager came fumbling around onthe screen, showing me the screen and saying they couldn't find it. I showed him my phone screen showing order placed and paid,Wendy's, Indianola, Ms. So after trying to give us the wrong order, and 15 minutes of looking, they found the order nad wefinally got to eat. Terrible service me and my sister we're here to order food because we were hungry somehow they got my order right and somehow... they got hers totally wrong this is very terrible and the girl also had an attitude we will not be eating here again please I donot recommend this place to eat at they have very bad attitudes and they always get your order wrong and if you take it back andwho are you to get your money back or even for them to correct your order they will spit in your food Read more
What is the point in placing a curbside order if you have to wait twenty minutes to go inside and get it yourself? Not only did... my husband have to go inside, but my chili was cold. When I sent him back in, they had the door locked, and they would notanswer their phone. By far the worst service ever. Read more
Since there was no inside dining, we went through drive through. We sat behind 6 cars. It took over 45 minutes to get our food.... We only ordered salad and we sat for 10 minutes at the window waiting. I saw a minimum of 6 people working. The drive throughhad you trapped. Once in their line, there was no way to get out of line.
