With a $50 meal voucher this was a great place for a solo dinner! Freshly baked baguette was soooo good! Started with the Crab... Topped Baked Oyster appetizer & the Miso-Sake Glazed Seabass entree’. Appetizer was just so-so, not enough crab and the cheesetopping got too hard.. the Entree’ was delish. My waitress was attentive! Read more

Key Limetini--Another great creation from Bartender Sam at Bistro in Fantasy Springs Casino. I don't even like martini, but it... makes me want to 'get a room.' Read more

I must say this place gives you service, charm, respect, ultimate service from when you walk in to seat to the very end. They... truly made my moms birthday dinner worth every penny. The server Antonio, and the manager I forgot her name beautiful people, they treated us like they knew us, and made my mom feel so special and they were very attentive and we never had to ask for moreto drink and they gave us fresh silverware after the appetizers. It’s an all Around great experience the ambiance, the candlelit dinner setting, and the Food was delicious compliments to the Chef he put his foot into it. ???????? ????????????????????Irecommend to try this place we will be back and we will try more of this amazing menu. Thank you for the experience. You guysare awesome and we appreciate you!!!!! Read more

We just celebrated my fathers 79th Birthday and the staff delivered 5 star service. Wait staff was very attentive but... respectful and never bothered us while we had full mouths of food. The tuna tartare appetizer was delicious as well as thebaked oysters. I must say the main course portions are very generous and no one was able to clear their plate. They rememberedmy fathers bday with a nice card signed by all the team members and a slice of cake with a scoop of ice cream. Thanks BistroAssociates. Read more

For the price I'd rather go to Mastro's. The ambiance for this price point is extremely underwhelming as is the food. The... restaurant looks like a club house on a golf course. Nothing fancy, nothing special. The food is okay, definitely not where Iwould go for sushi. The sushi tasted like the kind you get at the grocery store. Not good. The steaks were okay, not excellentcuts. The salad, okay. If you're going to choose a restaurant at Fantasy Springs I'd go with Joy. The best Chinese food in theentire desert! Pom is also good! It's got better cuts of steak, way better ambiance, and priced well. Sorry Bistro, you've gotsome work to do. You're sister restaurant's are killing it!!! Catch up! I know you can. Read more

Not often do we walk away saying WOW! But the Bistro Restaurant hit it out of the park. Great service, ask for Miguel! We were... in a hurry to catch a concert and he worked wonders to get us in and out. Great wine selection, great food presentation and thesea bass was the best I’ve ever had. Even the manager came over to see how our evening was. We can’t wait to go back.Perfect date night spot. Read more
