This was great. The first compliment is for the table salsa and chip. This was a 10! A little sweet, very ???? hot and tasty... delicious. Excellent. My wife had shrimp quesadilla and I had a combo plate, taco, cheeze enchillada. Combo plates are a cop outbut this was excellent. No skimping here. I would surely stop again if only for the salsa. The food was mid. It felt like it needed flavour. It takes about 5 minutes for the waiter to come. 10 minutes for drinks to... arrive. 40 for the food to arrive. The place is fine the quesadillas are huge. The food is really expensive. Most things areabout 20 dollars. Not worth it. Will never be back. Read more
Went here after golf cause we didn't know other places. With the blacked out doors and windows it doesn't look much but the food... is solid. Shrimp enchiladas were good, about $15 and good portions. Draft pint about $6. Salsa was really good. Nice service. Read more
STAY AWAY Visited a few years back and everything was fine? Arrived last night and we were seated? Asked the waitress if she... could change the channel on the TV to watch our favorite football team and she said that only the manager could do that and hehad left for the night? Then we waited for 15 minutes for her to return and she finally brought some chips? We then ordered amargarita which arrived another 20 minutes later?The chips were stale and the salsa was hot and runny? she reappeared afteranother 15 minutes and we ordered our food and by then we had been there for 45 minutes? We asked for more chips and she gave usa funny look and said OK? The second basket of chips arrives 10 minutes later?we asked her how things were going and she rudelystated that there were only two waitresses there and we should not expect any faster service?the food finally arrived afterbeing seated for an hour? Our waitress was rude and made no reference to the slow service? Never again will we return! Read more
First time eating here but definitely won't be the last. I ordered Shrimp Enchiladas, one with green sauce and the other with... red sauce. Both were very good. Husband ordered Pastor and loved it. Portions were very generous and the beans are the best I'veever eaten. Read more
I ordered the Desayuno Huertas and a coctel. The Desayuno was good potatoes needed a little more flavor now the coctel was not... good it looked pale and did need more flavor. The reason I give it 3 stars is because the service was bad and the restrooms looklike the gas station restrooms plus the women restroom was out of service. Read more
For a couple out of towners visiting Joshua Tree, we were very happy to have found this place. Friendly staff, delicious food.... Def not a tourist spot, seemed mostly locals. Will go back if in the Indio area again. Read more
Excellent Mexican food at a good value. If you crave authentic Mexican food, atmosphere and are patient (don't be in a rush and... accept your server may or may not speak fluent english) then enjoy this fine restaurant. Read more
