This place needs more staff and a better manager. The drive through line is ridiculous, especially for door dash and other... delivery drivers. One of the newest and worst McDonald's in my area. They cant get a order right even after going inside to get my order fixed and... pointing at the menu they still get it wrong. The drive thru never listens the congregate at the window with management insteaddoing their jobs. I will go out of my way from now on to avoid this place and their terrible customer service. Tried to get the nostalgia pails in the happy meals, all they had was the ghost. I literally saw every person who ordered on,... just the white ghost over and over At least put up a sign that's all they have, so kids or whoever gets it isn't surprised ordisappointed. Read more
Clearly many people have ranked this place pretty low for good reason, yet I?m sure you?re still going to come here, so just in... case you read this, know that this is a terrible place with terrible customer service and terrible quality food. Your typical McDonald's restaurant except when we got some breakfast through the drive-thru on a Saturday morning the Cokes we... were given were actually warm and tasted horrible. The Sausage McMuffins at least were fine. Read more
The service is horrible. It was about a 30 minute wait for dine-in and the lobby was empty. The drive-thru was wrapped around... the parking lot for some odd reason. The french fries were fresh. The nuggets were dry and old. The burger was good. I gave therestaurant the benefit of the doubt and tried it for a second time with the same results. Very busy location and was hesitant about going in and having to wait, however I waited in line for about three minutes before... being waited on. Then maybe waited less than 10 minutes for our food. That was definitely unexpected just judging by how crowdedit was. I have to say the crew working that evening knows how to work as a team, works well under pressure (being crowded), andpays attention to what the customer is actually ordering. We had one special request and they made sure it was added. They madesure our food had napkins and ketchup without us having to ask for it. That?s a plus in my book! Overall the food was hot andfresh, friendly workers, and pretty clean for the amount of people they had coming in and out. I would definitely come back tothis location in the future. Read more
