I?m not one to go through a drive thru and prefer to enter the store but due to how late I came I took a chance. This is absolutely disappointing/disgusting but here we go again.. McDonald?s, why must you be so unprofessional and... unorganized? I waited in line for a whole hour because their lobby was closed (got there at 9pm didn?t leave until 10pm) (or mayI say, asked to leave !!?????) I arrived at the ordering speaker , gave order # and kid said ?just pull up to the window? yes, Imay say I should have double confirmed they had the order to begin with:( but that?s all they said so I thought ?okay they musthave it why else would they say that?? So after waiting in line for so long I get to the last window where they hand us our food(even first window said to just pull forward (that makes two ?just pull forwards? AND I EVEN GAVE THEM THE ORDER # TOO!!) thekid almost hands me someone else?s food before I got to tell him I was here for the online .. He says ?oh let me just get amanger to help you? THANKS KIDDO YOU LOOKED STONED BUT OK. Unfortunately, the useless manager, just tells me ? So your orderdidn?t come through our ?machine? and I can?t have you wait in line.? This girl clearly wasn?t trained properly and I don?t knowMcDonald?s standards but I can assume they?re extremely low.. Long time waiting for food missing food cold food bad service n i would go all the time but this 2 months is been all bad not... going in a long time would spend 35$ minimum a day.. so is 9/2/18 I?m here again after along time not coming with kids wasdriving 4 miles more every day I had off to spend time with kids to the nearest place with a playground.
