I'm a long time Nekter customer, and I was excited that this location was opening closer to me. I tried the new pumpkin almond... bowl with added pea protein and my girlfriend got the ABB bowl and they were both amazing. I ordered online and it was made ontime and everyone was friendly. This place is really nice! The staff was really friendly and informative ! I ordered 3 different things and all were delicious... and quickly made. I had a nice experience here. The person who helped me was kind and helpful. I got a matcha smoothie and a cold brew smoothie.... While they were being made I looked this place up on Google maps. To my surprise it has a total of 1 review for 1 star less than24 hours being open. The person who wrote it seems super fun to be around. I live in north Indio but I?d rather drive to the palm desert location after my experience with staff, we were treated poorly... and pushed to the side by the female staff but when 2 gentleman walked in they were treated like royalty and given menusuggestions while we were told to wait and let another customer order when asking for suggestions. The staff is poorly trainedin customer service and the manager was on a phone call the entire time in the lobby and while assisting us. Read more
