Horrible food no cheese on the pizza. The emplyee didn't greet me for the first 7 minutes. I stood right next door and she... never said a word to me she wasn't on the phone or anything. Then they didn't have the breadsticks made so she made me wait Iwas worried about the pizza getting cold I said forget the breadsticks. She walked away with the pizza I told her the pizza wascold she said it's a hot box and I said it's a cold box right now. I ordered my pizza online at about 1:20 in the afternoon so maybe they weren't very busy but my experience was very good! The... pizza came out of the oven just as I arrived, I paid cash and I was out the door in less than 2 minutes. I decided to give them a try. What a big mistake. Ordered the big pizza box and when I got home the pizza was wrong and they... forgot my dipping sauce. I paid for pepperoni and sausage, got no sausage. My other pizza was suppose to have chicken which Ipaid extra for guess what no chicken. Called the store and the employee had an attitude and told me to bring the food back andshe would remake it. I guess she expected me to waist my gas for there mistake. Instead of offering me a remake for another dayshe told me I had to return her pizza and wait for a new one after she put me on hold for 10 minutes. I will never order fromhere again. Read more
As far as dining in, I always steer clear. The food is great and we'll priced but the dine-in experience is pretty... underwhelming. The location is fairly old, at least it looked that way last time I went inside, but it doesn't take away fromhow good the pizza is. I love that they brought back the Big Dipper! Pizza was great we got the dinner box we sat down by 2:08 pm got our pizza with in 15 min then our wings with in 18 min not bad... the manager was nice and professional aswell as the staff we eve started watching the nfl channel with the staff in their breakhad a good time just wat I was looking for to enjoy some lunch with my kids n relax and deal like home thank Pizza Hut inIndio!!!!
