Went through the drive-thru and ordered a milkshake. My credit card was charged for 7 different transactions over the course of... the next 2 days. The original purchase, for $5.84, never even got charged to my credit card. I didn't notice until disputing thecharges that it was closed out as a cash transaction. I've received ZERO help from the manager via phone and ZERO help fromtheir customers service team via email. Leaving me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. What a joke Read more
You guys sold me the wrong size and claimed it was correct you gave me a large instead of a 44oz the cups is extremely small. So... not only did your guy at the window argue with me about it but charged me illegally! So wrong. Read more
This is my first time to came in this place. I order to go. The place is good they have a unique dine in you can stay in ur car... and they bring food at you. So far so good? another kind of fast good chain. Read more
We like to go to Sonic for the food and new items that also we always and plus the deal.
Very close to the 10 fwy which is convenient. It's in the same shopping area with a gas station and car wash. The sonic food is... tasty as always. Read more
Food was good but here is my complaint. The picture of the beautiful breakfast burrito on the menu showed it stuffed and... overflowing out the end. The burrito I received was about an inch or two around and looked nothing like it. Read more
We stoped to stretch and get a quick bite to eat. The cooks were fast and the food was good. We got a hamburger with tots and a... few corn dogs. I wish to give this five stars but the restrooms are not family friendly. The resterooms were clean... cleanish.Last person, employee, did not flush the toilet and he threw his paper towel on the floor, but hey he washed his hands. They didnot have anywhere to change a baby. Not the first time I have changed a diaper in the car but it would be nice to have achanging table. One of the folding ones would do. Read more
Serious management issue at this Sonic. was ignored for 10 minutes at the stall, car pulled up next to me and received their... food while I was ignored. Dowloaded the app so I could order and waited until I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. Iwent inside and asked for a refund and explained I had been trying to get my order for a half hour. Nuvia Robiedo, the manager,told me the stall must be broken and it wasn't their fault, I was lying and hadn't waited that long then had the nerve to laughwhen I started to get visibly upset as I was dismissed as a liar and apparently was to blame. I received a refund for the$34.00 on my card though the manager clearly has no customer service skills. Not sure why they would keep this type ofmanagement when it's clear from previous reviews she's inept. The woman who was also helping was very pleasant and fairlyapologetic for her manager's obvious inappropriate behavior. She should be manager. My son witnessed all of this and was quiteupset by the treatment as well. Read more
