Shady location. Not friendly. Received some attitude over the drive thru speaker. Got our order wrong but couldn't go back in to... get it corrected because the store wasn't open, just drive thru. And drive thru line was too long to sit in. Both doors had"broken door" labeled with arrow to the other door, also with sign "broken door." Kind of comical. The woman who served us was so rude! She was dismissive and would not look at us when we spoke to her. So unprofessional and I... will not stop at this location again because of her. I have never had such bad experience in any Starbucks before but today I just couldn?t believe. I was the only customer and for... her to rush me out the drive thru like I was not a paying customer. I couldn?t got my dam order wrong when I said it 3 times toconfirm. Then when I especially asked to use points twice ,she wanted to lecture me on not ordering my daughters cake pops atthe window she decided she was just gonna used the money on the card. It was full for you to rush me out of there and for younot to listen to what I was asking . She clearly doesn?t care what I had to stay and decided to do what ever she pleased . The barista who made my drink was rude. My drink was made incorrectly (iced) and then the remade drink was not made well... (taste). She didn't offer me a straw for the iced drink or a sleeve for the hot drink. One of the bathrooms didn't work/wouldn't open. It was clean and the rest of the staff was pleasant. Read more
I go to this Starbucks only because it?s one mile from my house I work from home so I like to get out of house some mornings get... a coffee before I start my day but today , I?m done seems to have continuous problems since they opened about a year ago lastweek it was closed cash registers not working which isn?t the first time in last few months today closed no water it?s beenongoing for months no employees can?t take credit cards or can?t take cash or drive thru only open or store only open lack ofproducts lack of employees it?s a hit or miss every time I go which is 2 to 4 times a week from now on I?m just going to go tothe one 3.5 miles away where I haven?t experienced issues I don?t know if it?s poor management or what the problem is but enoughis enough .lost my business . I?m pretty sure the owner of this Starbucks also owns sonics Indio which has terrible issues withservice as well so the picture is becoming clear , Take the next exit at Jackson there is a Starbucks in winco shopping center. Horribly slow for a Starbucks and they did not seem to be in a hurry at all, some of the breakfast items were not available, my... triple latte was a bit weak. Perhaps this is a new Starbucks and that explains the lack of quality, definitely some opportunityfor improvement. Good luck! Read more

What an atrocious excuse for a Starbucks, they say they close at 8 but they put signs up saying their ?computers are down?. I... have attempted to stop at this location twice now since it?s the only one I can fit my semi in and both times have been shooedaway.
