They have good service and they treat you family.
First the person who tooky order was not at all polite, then they messed up on my order 3 different times I had to go back in... because they got the order wrong. If I hadn't known this happens a lot and checked when to got to the car I would have notgotten half my items because I live over 20 miles away and then I get home and I had ordered 3 dinner's and didn't get onenapkin or piece of silverware to eat with. Cheap food, good food, clean restaurant. Clean restrooms, friendly and professional staff. Did I mention good food? Trust me.
This place has gone down hill. To many kids work here and my food is either shoved into a bag and ruined by the time I get home... because they have no clue that a Mexican pizza doesn't go in the bottom of the bag ! Let's say the pizza was stuck to the topafter they put heavy food on top of it ! Order wrong or cold or they are out of something . Read more
With orders never being correct upon pay, extended wait times, and continual pushing of "specialty" menu items and a... lackadaisical workforce and management staff, I would recommend steering clear of the Inez KFC/Taco Bell. If not, make sure youALWAYS check your order before pulling away from the pickup window. A clean sweep needs to happen so that competent employeescan replace the child labor force they currently employ. Read more
KFC/TACO BELL combo restaurant. Not great at anything , not having qu ality help hurts also. Sat over fifteen minutes in an... empty restaurant @ 7:30 on a Thursday for 3 tacos and a combo box. None was perfect. Read more
We'll first il say it's my fault,I did not pay attention,but since I gave $20 dollars for a #1 and a beefy burrito,and the girl... on the drive through said it was $14. I asked for a receipt and it said $20.01,I couldn't make out the other writing.i got homeand turns out it was a bean paste burrito,and the taco seemed like the sour cream was(sowerd).I finally got my daughter to readthe receipt and I payed for two steak,and chicken bowls.and drinks.so y'all made $5.00 off of me.that was a slick trick,and Iwill remember that.Next time since I know it's the employee of the night running the register who will skim the till and keepthe money,after a few tricks like that a night she gonna clean up good.
