A new store bound to have some kinks to work out, but this place is garbage. I've given them my business 4 times now and there... is an issue every time. Slowest fast food in town, order ahead with mobile app have not been out of drive through in less than20 minutes. Chicken is always dried out like its been sitting under a heat lamp for 12 hours. Order is never right. I order 10ghost pepper nuggets for myself and 10 regular nuggets for my wife, I get 8 she gets 9? A BBQ Bacon King has 2 patties in thepicture on the menu but you only get 1 patty from this restaurant. I won't return to this location again. Read more
Second time we've ordered a crispy chicken burger; which is suppose to have mayo, lettuce & tomato, & received a regular chicken... burger with lettuce, coated in this spicy tasting bbq sauce. Check your orders before you leave, even if youre in a rush Read more
I visited this location 2x since opening. Prior to my first visit, i thought it would be more higher standard due to just... opening. 1st time, such a long wait in the drive thru, like abnormally long. 2nd time, again super long wait. Food was notgreat. What topped it off was seeing a cook come out with their plastic gloves on and smoke and go back in without taking thegloves off. Won't visit again and based off the numerous reviews, I'm not the 1st to have such a low opinion of this BurgerKing. Such a shame, i honestly think staff is causing these negative reviews. Read more
Extremely ridiculous long wait in drive thru to receive wrong food. Double burgers not ordered, no cheese but bacon? Again not... ordered. Soggy buns and missing items that were ordered. This was our 5th time now and final straw. Will not go to this locationever again. Read more
Just picked up a whopper meal for the first time as it?s a new place ?. Thought I was on to a good deal with the 5:99$ coupon?.... Well it?s not that great ?. No sauce no pickles?..also got the the ghost pepper chicken nuggets?. Worst Burger King I've ever been to. $46 , to get half the wrong order, food that tastes nothing like you ordered. Took almost... 30 mins to get our food. Trying to support local, but that was the first and last time we will be going there. Read more
This is the best service that I have had from a fast food place in a long time. Fairly new. Drive thru worker was friendly and... happy. I even asked for a change because I forgot to change part of my order and staff were very accommodating. The manager washappy and double checked with me to make sure that the changes were correct.
