This is a walk up and drive thru only location. With it being close to the road there's not much area to stand around to wait... for your food to be prepared. The wait time to place an order was 5-10 minutes and another 8 minutes for food to be prepared. Read more

$10.85 for a "large" soft-serve cone... I don't know if Dairy Queens all set their own prices, but that's insane! I used to get... the same treat for under $6 anywhere else. I don't often gripe about stuff like this, but that cone was tiny and I guarantee itweiged as a medium, I got ripped off. Train your staff to properly portion the orders...unless you train them to do the oppositeto fleece people and rip them off...I really wouldn't be surprised. Read more

Had a horrible experience. My family walked down for a nice blizzard treat. After we order 3 small blizzards we waited and... waited. A guy who order after us got served first, but they actually handed his order to us. Finally after the 4th person whoordered After us got their food we stopped them before the quickly closed the window again and asked, where our order was?? Theworker said oh sorry, retook our order and flew back in and STILL yet another customer got their oder before us. When we finallygot our order after waiting almost 20 minutes to add insult to injury, the blizzards were already more than half melted. I wastoo annoyed with the kids at the window and felt like it wasn't going to go anywhere, I'll have to call in when there is someonearound to assist my who maybe understands customer service. Placed order for regular blizzard. Rudely corrected my voice over the microphone that they snapped back that it was small or... medium. Got to the window. Did not hear my total as a Harley Davison drove past at the same time he gave the total. I asked torepeat as I am hard of hearing. He snapped again louder then total and when I put the $20 bill up he snatched it from my hand. Rude way both employees at the window treated us. Was advised by female at the window her Mom is the manager. Not sure howthat makes rude customer service ok? Won?t spend my money there. McDonald?s up the road has nicer staff. Read more
Friendly service, suggest ordering ahead as wait times can be a bit long. Great ice cream & blizzards, chicken & onion rings are... good. Seems to give only 3 chicken strips in a 4 piece basket every so often; for today I got 3 pieces because one of the stripshad a small edge slightly hanging off it yet still attached. There were two young teens working tonight and one entered my ordered wrong. They said they would remake it but I liked what... they made so I just took it anyways and as an apology they gave me some coupons. They also applied a coupon to make my ordercheaper when I didn?t even give them one. Very sweet kids with good customer service! Read more
