Ordered tonight. Waited in the store for 20 min. Then they said 20 more. After the second 20 min requested a refund. They said... it was in the oven. Another 20 min finally got it. 5 people that arrived after were served first. Orders for people that werenot there were being made ahead of ours. Ignorant staff. This is the second time in a row this has happened at this location.Many upset customers in the store with us as well. Hopefully others will review too. Don't waste your time here. Many otherpizza places in the area that will treat u better. We will never be a customer here again. Read more
I ordered on Monday October 10th, Thanksgiving Monday. While I appreciate this is a holiday. My order sat for almost half an... hour at the store. It arrived cold, had to microwave my pizza. That's's it for me. I will never order again. There is no wayI'm spending my hard earned money on cold pizza. If you can't service your customers.... don't open. I will not order again. Thanks. With Rogers outage today, we had to go to store to order pizza as phones were down. Very impressed the way the staff handled... situation this evening. All were in good moods and polite. Mikayla entertained my daughter by throwing the dough in the air andcatching it. Made our waiting a little more fun. Great job in a difficult situation. Read more
