Ordered online as I wasn't feeling great. The order was paid for and said it'd be ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. I went to... the store in twenty to pick order up and the employee let me know they're busy and haven't gotten to the order yet. They askedfor another 15 minutes. I drove around sick with 3 small children who were hungry and tired, till the 15 minutes was up. I wentback into the store and realized I needed to wait in line if I was ever going to be fed...now that my order is paid foralready. 3 people later I was able to explain to the employee that handed me my wraps....that it's extremely important toprioritize online orders so sick people don't have to come into the store. The people that work here are honestly such hard-workers. They do as much as they can while trying to keep their hands clean and... assisting so many people. I went in today around 2-3pm, and the lady had a lot of orders but she worked so efficiently andkindly. I really wished there was one more person there just to help her though, but all in all she fantastic!! Read more
Food was good, however? why one staff member? Went around 3pm hoping it would take like 5-10 mins tops, however the customer in... front of me was ordering like 8 things all with different toppings. That?s all it took, one bottleneck to keep a bunch of peoplewaiting. The lady who was making the order did an EXCELLENT job, she honestly was great, there was nothing she could have donebetter. If one other staff was there, we wouldn?t have had to wait. I paid first however, and then over 15 minutes I watched thecustomer in front of me pick and choose her toppings. Then finally I was able to be helped. The entire thing took 20 minutes? 15minutes longer than I was anticipating. Please Pita Pit, you need more staff. Should be at least 2. Read more
