Wow. They had to have been short staffed, or mismanaged. Regardless, the staff were all spending most of their time walking from... one end to the other, instead of being at stations. After 35 minutes in line, beyond it being the longest by 10x in a Tim?s lineever, they whispered we could not order food, that we could leave and order online. We had even tried ordering at the kiosk, butthe machine said the store was closed (the kiosk is at the beginning of the line, so clearly the store was open, but the kioskwas closed). Tim Horton?s has always been an incredibly efficient operation, but this was so bad it was incomprehensible.Here?s the thing. This is a truck stop. Presumably EVERYONE is not from here. So if there are rules on how to order, or specificlines, post those at the point of sale. Don?t make desperate and weary travelers go through this. This Tim Hortons has vanilla dip doughnuts with long sprinkles. Not the terrible round ones!
Probably the worst excuse for Tim Hortons that I have ever been to. Not only was the apparent manager cursing and waving her... hands at both customers and her staff but I went through drive-thru and sat there for over 7 minutes before I simply drove off.All I ordered was a single bagel. Extremely rude and ignorant customer service and as I mentioned before a truly disgrace to theTim Hortons brand they should have their franchise pulled and the staff should be reprimanded. Read more
There was only 1 girl working in front and rest staff were chilling at back which was visible and the queue was of more than 8-9... people. One staff girl came in front and made bagel for us with her face clearly showing she was do it forcefully and then shewent back and was talking to other staff, leaving that second girl to attend whole queue. The coffee was standard Tim Horton's fare. They got my order right which is different for Tim's so I gave them 2 stars. The... ridiculous wait time to get a coffee there was unacceptable. 5+ minutes for one coffee. No food. Nothing special. Just a coffee.I'd have left the line and gone to Subway or Wendy's but it was just as bad! Read more
It took 30 minutes to get a coffee. I can only imagine the staff is over worked . The staff was very friendly but we're not... allowed to take tips. Hire more people pay them better if this is your policy . The time to wait was terrible especially withpeople working non stop like I observed. Read more
