I see a common issue at this location and that is the slow service. So I worked all night and was driving home starving. They... claim to be open at 6:30am. I arrived at 6:35 and there was a guy cooking but they didn?t look open. I asked the guy what timethey open and he said ?well as soon as someone shows up, maybe the manager, maybe 7:30 or 8?. Pardon? Hours are 6:30 and theymay be ready at 8? Clearly the owner does not care about service considering all of the terrible reviews. I won?t come back evenif I?m driving by and hungry. OMG I have never waited 3rd in line for 20 minutes. Another 20 for my food. There is a serious problem with the staff here. They... still were not even able to get the order right. Our stay was incredibly disappointing. It took over 25 min standing in line to order food with only one till open to serve 15... plus people in line. When I got out and in the car, I learned too late that my specifications in my order were wrong, decidingto just eat it anyway so I didn't have to go back and then wait. Pretty sure the drive tru is supposed to be fast? Waited 16 minutes oh and you can?t just drive away as it?s curbed in then got... to speaker no one speaks so we called to ask is it was broken? No they said and then someone finally asked what we wanted and atthat point ya we had waited so I wasn?t about to not order, another 18 minutes goes by and still waiting!
