I've always had a good experience with Dog N Suds! I don't usually buy drinks when I go out to eat, but every time I came here I... made sure to get a frosted mug. Loved it so much that I ended up buying a souvenir mug from them, and occasionally a gallon oftheir root beer. Unfortunately, I left the mug in a freezer in Chicago before leaving the area and have missed that mug eversince. haha. Of course, I have a new mug but without the Dog N Suds logo on it. Great place, and fun to visit on cruise night. Read more

Blast from the past! I only go there for the Fudge Sundaes. I take my kids for meals. I go there twice a week. You will enjoy... the drive up menus and neon sign, all original. Read more

Normally I've had nothing but the best to say about Dog n Suds but today was disappointing. I ordered ice cream and watched the... girl preparing my cone repeatedly pick her nose, wipe it on her leg, cough, sneeze and then immediately handle the cone. Icanceled my order and left. We live down the street and eat here more than a couple times a year. This dog and suds is the best I've been too, consistently... for years. It's one of the few places I actually eat the coleslaw. You can tell they try. Great job all of you! Read more

Friendly fast service. But the food was so disappointing. I haven?t been to a dog n suds in decades. Bought a texas triple.... Onion rings and root beer. For $15 I would have expected so much better. Rings were $4 and small. Read more

A pretty cool drive in of the 1950s 1960s. A different experience. Pretty safe in the age of the pandemic since you can eat in... your car. The limited green olives burger was AMAZING. I might drive the 50 miles from Chicago just to have it again. Read more

Good hot dogs and burgers, root beer, and good service. The prices are OK, about $10/person. You can eat in your car, with the... tray clipped on the window, or art the picnic tables with the scooterists. I had a foot long, 1/4 lb Coney dog,and it wasdelicious. Read more
