Visiting family from out of town and walked over midday for a tasty pizza and some quiet time. Thank you for the tasty food :)

As a regular customer I am completely shocked at the food I received on my last order. My online order took an hour and 15... minutes to deliver on a Tuesday afternoon, I asked for feta cheese added to my pizza, I received none. My pizza was halfuncooked, raw dough all throughout the pizza, I instantly knew it was uncooked after I took one bite, so disappointed. I wantedto post photos but Google won?t let me attach them. Just picked up my ordered from here. I was met with verbal abuse for letting the owner know I have an allergy to onions. He told... me was a red seal chef and nobody is allergic to onions. I told him I planned to report this to the health board & owner. Hetold me he was the owner and that he had buddies in the health board. Even even said he would get this review takendown. The food was pretty good but it wasn't ready for pickup when I arrived. This seemed to be a common theme with every other... patron that came after me. I did happen to find it odd that the restaurant dining area doubled as a daycare to supervise a pairof small children. I can only assume they belonged to the owner or manager that was working at the time. To their creditthough they were very well behaved during my 10+ minute wait I had to finally pick up my order. Very disappointed in the customer service of this place. I?ve gone here plenty of times had no issues called tonight to place a... order the guy on the other end took my order and confirmed it back to me. Time to pick it up everything was great drive 15minutes back home to discover they put olives on both our pizzas ( the order was a medium double pep and bacon and a medium pepbacon and olive) I have someone who will be eating the pizza that is allergic to olives so I called back to let them know themistake and to see if I can have a new one made and I explain the situation cause you know accidents happen and the man on thephone was extremely rude and disrespectful.
