Zero stars actually. We got wrong order after that these guys took around more than 20 mintues for just 2 chai tea latte.... Especially a white lady and a boy don?t even know how to talk and deal with customers. Worst experience Ever. Read more

The cashier charged us for everything individually instead of as a meal and didn't even get our whole order. When we brought up... the problem she made us do the whole queue again which made us loose precious time. Read more
The scanner to scan the mobile app QR code was placed awkwardly and staff did not help to adjust the scanner and just look at me... struggling to get it scanned. And the coffee taste like water....the only thing good about it was....the "coffee" was pippinghot so I couldn't taste it before I left the store. I found out when I was taking my 1st sip in the car after 5 mins. Shouldn'tall Tim Horton's coffee taste the same as it's franchised?! Read more
